It is important to manage your expectations. Calling the lodging "cottages" sets up the guest for a let down. They are shabby. However, if it had been labeled a "seaside shack" visitors may be pleasantly surprised. We stayed a week and it was adequate. Had the twin bed been comfortable, we may have considered staying here again. Cons: uncomfortable twin...

My wife and I stayed here the last weekend in April. The location is fantastic! Very quick walk to all of the restaurants and across the street from beach access. Not access to Crescent Beach, but a smaller less crowded section of the beach. If you have kids be aware there are no lifeguards on this part of the beach....

We spent such a beautiful, fun and relaxing week at this lovely, homey resort. The weather was great too and our kids played in the hot tub right by our lovely Yellow Cottage! We grilled peacefully almost every day, relax on the beach - which is 10 feet away! ; walk the Siesta Village listening to new live bands playing...

We stayed in a small unit looking across Beach Road to the water. Very "Old Florida" with functional furnishings...included choices to make the small unit seem roomy. Cute. Comfortable for the two (2) of us. Bathroom was a hoot! Small and adequate. Bed was great! Many amentities we did not have time or need to use. Sooo convenient to the...

We stayed in the pink cottage. It was very clean and inviting. The beach, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. It was close to town but very private. The cottage had the "old florida " feel. We had a great experience and would recommend this place without hesitation. The staff was very respectful of our privacy. Thank you!!!!!...

We stayed in the Beach Tree Suite over Labor Day weekend and it was just perfect for our needs. We met Jorge upon check-in (yes, quite the funny guy) and he walked us through the efficiency and explained how to work everything. It was a quiet weekend with not so large crowds. This was great for us since we were...

We enjoyed our recent 7 nights stay at Beach Palms in the Beach View Suite. Everything was exactly as it was described. Jorge is a gracious host with a wickedly funny sense of humor. The suite was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the quiet and cool air conditioning system as it was hot hot hot...

Very clean, and so close to restaurants. We parked our car in front of the cottage and didn't move it for the duration of our stay. Steps from the beautiful beach and village restaurants. This was our 2nd visit, and we hope to stay there again next year! Very kind owners and staff.

Booked a last minute stay here in the yellow cottage and couldn't have been happier. The cottage, patio, and grounds were very well maintained and fully equipped with anything you may need during the stay, including beach chairs and umbrella! The location was perfect, with the beach and village both within a 5 minute walk. The bathroom was a bit...

When we were unable to book in at a busy hotel, we acted on Trip Advisor reviews and booked in here - are we ever glad we did! We found a cottage so very close to a wonderful beach, involved caring hosts, a kitchen complete with dishwasher, a hot tub and our own deck complete with beach chairs and umbrella....

“The Beach Tree Suite and Beach View Suites both face Beach Road with Beach/access just across the street. You can see the Ocean through the grasses - but does require a walk to get there. Both have a nice brick patio with chaise loungers and table/umbrella for relaxing when not at beach or village.”
