Thank you to Jen at the front desk & the staff you were all amazing !! They could not have been kinder. The rooms were clean & they had everything we needed. This was our first visit & we will be back for sure
This is a wonderful place to stay. Great value for the money. Location is perfect, even though it’s not beachfront. Short 3 min walk to the beach, can walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Very happy with cleanliness of the rooms; room amenities are just what you need for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Full size fridge, cook top, microwave. Rooms have been remodeled beautifully. Access to swimming pool, lawn games, grill, ping pong. The staff was very accommodating. Family friendly, and we hope to return to enjoy this beautiful area.
Captiva's property manager Jack Dills was very kind and helpful. He recommended restaurants and beaches to visit. The property was tidy and kept up well. We used the blue beach towels daily and rented chair/ umbrella set one day. After 9pm it was quite and calm outside out room. The gas grill was great to cook fresh fish from the market. We had breakfast at Mango Cafe several times. Will be back again next year for a longer stay. - Robin S.
My daughter and I took our very first vacation ever, and we chose Captiva to host us for 6 nights. The resort is beautiful, private, steps to the beach. The rooms are wonderfully updated, clean, fully stocked with necessities and everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is always available, ready to assist, and so friendly and helpful. We would go back there again for sure. We loved it!
Perfect getaway for my wife and I. We are very chill/reserved individuals. This really matched our energy. We left feeling great. Perfect location. We were walking distance from the beach. In addition, we were right by serval amazing restaurants.
This was a great experience. The resort is very well maintained. The court yard is super nice to just sit and relax and have a meal. Rooms were super nice. Great kitchen and very modern bathrooms. All very clean and well looked after. 2 Min walk to the beach. Staff friendly, relaxed and very helpful.
The motel was pretty much what we expected, small room but had most of the amenities that we needed. The location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach. They also had chairs and umbrellas for rent that were set up for you on the beach. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, we could’ve used a little more space on the counter. They make you sign something saying you cannot lower your air conditioning below 72. Definitely got hot in the middle of the night. Overall a pleasant stay
The service desk and manager was very helpful everything we extended are stay due to no power at home. Very comfortable room with a kitchen living room combo and of course bedroom and bath. Short walk to the beach, great sunsets.
We had the best time, great place! Internet worked perfect, confortable beds, near the beach and places to grab something to eat. The pool area is ok, but having the beach so close we almost didn’t use it. Will come back! Thank you!
My 14 yr old and I spent 5 days at Captiva/Beach and had a great time! Room was a good size, newly renovated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We both enjoyed playing ping pong and using the shared pool for the area resorts. The walk to the beach was quicker than what I expected too! Paddleboard and Kayak rentals were around $35 which is what I expected. I loved the quaintness and small community feel- which is a short 10 min drive to Siesta Key Village where all the action/restaurants/shops are. Grocery Tip: stop by Publix on the way in as the only grocery store closed 2 months ago-however 7-11 does have some items stocked to tide one over. Restaurant Tip: Turtles at Little Siesta Key was enjoyable & you might even see a Manatee! We will be back!
