I recently spent 1 week at the Lodge and it was awesome. I liked Ed and Joanne immediately; they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. My efficiency was so comfortable and clean. Comfortable seating, a great bed and everything I needed for my stay was there. Spending time outside on their amazing...

My husband had the privilege of finding this gem of a getaway. The owners are so friendly and the property is like being in the Florida Keys without the travel/cost. The rooms are clean ...and they are more like little cabins...fully equipped and so homey. Sit on the pier and not only fish but have the dolphins swim up so...

My dad and I stayed here to visit family. The prices are great and a convenient location. The cabins are like small Apartments, very well equipped with everything you need. The managers are so helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful view of the river. Very comfortable place to stay.

I just stayed at Ferndale Lodge for a family weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. It is like stepping back in time to a simpler, more relaxing, more uncomplicated way of life. The cabins are older but in wonderful condition. They are extremely clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept and full of hammocks, lawn chairs, swings, picnic tables...

The room is beautiful, everything was very clean and decorated perfectly. Lots of space to enjoy your stay. Several things to do on the property, fishing off dock, games, just relaxing in the chairs or hammock. Ed and Joann are perfect host. I'm a very picky person when it comes to staying in a nice clean place. Ferndale Lodge is...

I stayed at Ferndale Lodge with my wife and two sons for the last two and a half weeks of 2013. Ferndale Lodge has a lovely location by the river, overlooking the islands, with a breeze that takes the edge off the sun. It's a short walk from the town centre, and an even shorter walk to a very good...

Regular guests become good friends Ed and Joanne make you feel very welcome, and maintain the Lodge and the grounds so beautifully. There are 3...

Two years ago, we had great success with a "mom and pop" motel in Prince Edward Islan, so we thought we'd give it a try with Ed and Joanne Moore, owners of the Ferndale Lodge, Sebastian, Florida. We are very pleased with our stay. The high ratings are completely merited. This is "Old Florida" on a beautiful treed two acres...

My husband and I have stayed at the Ferndale for many years. Ed and Joanne (the owners) make you feel like one of the family which only adds to the wonderful experience. The lodge is right on the Indian River and the gounds are beautiful. Fishing is great and there is a cleaning table right at the dock. We're hoping...

We brought our boat and used the dock. This is a great area for fishing and boating. This is not a party place, but we were not looking for that. Nice , clean and comfortable rooms. The owners are knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. We will definitely be back.
