Excellent location at only steps to the beach and Tiki bars and a short walk to St Armands restaurants and shops. We live in the area and have stayed here a few times when work was being done on the house and book a room when we need an extra bedroom. It's less expensive than the big hotels, and, for...

Very quiet and peaceful property, 1 bedroom apartment good size, clean with a great big bed that is so comfy but does make a fair bit of noise when you move about! Such a good location, easy walking to the beach which is beautiful and St Armands Circle, lots of restaurants and ice cream shops (the ice cream is to...

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach. The place is cute and the layout is nice, but really needs some serious TLC. The air conditioning would not turn off and ran constantly, making it uncomfortably cold, especially at night. And the compressor is right outside the bedroom window and is quite noisy....

So after a long drive from northern Ohio, we get to the place. Their check in is a mail box with a piece of paper in it telling you where you go. We were sent to another location where it looked nothing like the pictures online. Rooms are left unlocked so anyone can just walk in. When I walked into...

We spent two nights here and it was clean and comfortable. We had a one bedroom unit on the second floor, it had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The bed was firm. We used the fridge but never cooked in the unit. There was plenty of room and the price was very reasonable. It is an older place...

Off the beach and quiet, but missing the basics. The bathroom needed a serious remodel. The kitchen lacked furnishings. Let's call it "early garage sale"...nary a wine glass in sight. The door had a tricky lock, I never really felt safe. The air conditioning blew directly on the bed and there did not seem to be a way to turn...

Soooooo, disappointed in this establishment and staff. Arrived with another couple, after booking this hotel for two nights in early April, only to find no staff on the premises. What was waiting was two letters describing which rooms we were in and directions on how to get to the second room, which as it turns out was seven blocks away...

We took a two week vacation to Florida with another family and after days of searching hotels decided on this "resort" a block from Lido Beach. Our combined 3 children decided they wanted to stay in Orlando and after several attempts to contact management to cancel our reservation we chose to stay for our $500 deposit. When we finally contacted...

You made a reservation 1 week before your arrival date. At the time of the booking, you were informed that it was a non-refundable reservation. Once you arrived, you decided to change your plans. You were informed that you would be charged for the 2 nights you stayed at the property. You had given a deposit at the time of...
