Thank you for inquiring. Sarasota Sands doesn't have any 3 bedroom units. The largest units we have are 2 bedrooms 2 baths. If you have additional questions, please call 941 388-2138 and ask for Anne in rentals.
Unit 462 has an amazing view of the Gulf from it's Lanai. The Lanai has a couch and two chairs. You can sit in the living room and look out the Lanai. You can eat breakfast and look out. We have the unit week 26 and LOVE it.
