My college-aged daughters and I stayed at the Kona Kai from Sat 1/3 through Wed 1/7 and had a wonderful time! The property is delightful and the location is excellent! Elizabeth was so friendly and knowledgeable - from advice on places to eat and the better beaches, she really was a great resource! We were supposed to stay through the...

My husband Bill has the uncanny ability to choose the "perfect" spot for whatever we've got planned. And this time, a surprise birthday getaway with our toddler, was no different. I'm not sure how he found them but thankfully he did. We got a cottage right off the pool, with a kitchen and separated living room from the bedroom (great...

Stayed at the Kona Kai for 2 nights and absolutely loved the place! We got a suite for the price of a motel room and felt at home right when we entered the little cosy cottage. When we left I forgot my cell phone and Dennis was extremely helpful, he shipped the phone to my home address in Europe without...

Kona Kai is a peaceful retreat on Sanibel Island. My room was clean and comfortable with beautiful furnishings. For me, Kona Kai is certainly my choice for lodging when on Sanibel. I was truly grateful to have found this tropical paradise! It certainly beats staying in commercial hotel chains! Kona Kai is located close to shopping, the beaches, and restaurants....

A good place to stay. They pointed me in the right direction for good food and rented me a bike for the day. Didn't make use of the pool because I was too busy riding Sanibel.

This was perfect for us. We made up our mind on the way home that Kona Kai is the only place we will stay on our annual Sanibel treks. It is centrally located to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. My bride and I stayed here for our anniversary this year but I think we'll take the kids next...

Well as you can see we came back again and as before it was truly wonderful. From the moment we stepped onto the property it was peace and tranquility. We enjoyed a trip out on the boat., watching nature, and relaxing by the pool. We will be back again.

Kona Kai is a little bit of Hawaii. We loved it here and found the people are the nicest, friendliest that you could ever meet. We went to the Kona Kai on the spur of the moment to see another part of Florida and found it to be exceptionally nice. It is quiet, tropical, and you feel as if you...
