This place is just perfect for relaxing and totally unwinding. No rush, the staff will work around your schedule and the location is perfect. Best rooms are on the 4th floor facing the bay, the further from the elevator the better
My husband and I just stayed here last week and our room was cozy. The only complaint is the tv in the suite was small and across the room from the bed. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and...More
Immaculate property ( love the bamboo scent in the lobby), large rooms, great staff, lots of amenities ( beach chairs, shuttle to beach, bicycles, kayaks, pool floats, movie theatre), walking distance to the marina and Baytowne Wharf.
Extremely friendly staff. No restaurant on site but they do offer room service. Less then a 10 minute walk to the Wharf, they have restaurants, activities and shopping! Shuttle to the beach. Two pools that we basically had to ourselves. Huge room! LOVE! We will...More
We probably won't return. It was a nice room, but the slog to the beach was not ideal. The TV didn't work in our suite. We asked for a late check-out because we had a tough night with our infant. They couldn't accommodate that, even...More

Embarc is a group of timeshare properties, access to which is owned by about 23,000 people from around the world. The properties have always been referred to as being a "club" environment (signs even say that it is for "members only"). Basically, all the amenities of the club (aka the timeshare property) are available to anyone staying at the property. The company that now manages "the club" is selling access to these facilities - so no longer a "members only" environment. If you go, be prepared to be asked to attend a sales meeting (some of which can be pretty hard sell) - read any documents that they provide carefully because what is said at the sales meetings and the actual sales documents (the legal binding documents) are not the same.
