Outside of hotel, lobby and hallway not too impressive, but the newly renovated room was a real surprise. Spotless, spacious and 2 queen beds very comfortable. Opened the curtains to find the beach right at our doorstep. Great location. Will be back with our grandchildren.
Having read plenty of revues on various sites we booked with extreme trepidation.
We called ahead to ask for a downstairs room and booked a gulf front suite. True to their word we got exactly what we wanted and asked for.

This a cute hotel, but it was incredibly outdated, dirty, and the smelled. My mom and I went for two days and one night in the beginning of July, and it was the only hotel available. The ceiling tiles in the dining area were black...More
We stopped here for 2 nights as a family of 3 children and 2 adults.
We had the beach front room on the ground floor.

Loved this hotel, it was really good value being directly on the beach. Houskeeping, front desk staff and restaurant servers were all really friendly and welcoming. Had breakfast in the Boca Sands Grille and lunch at the beach bar, both had great food. Rooms are...More

The other answer provided by a former guest is correct! There is also a service on the beach called Free Beach Ride which will take you up and down the beach for only a tip to the driver, which many of our guests use if they are going anywhere on the beach. Uber or Lyft is also another good option if you are interested in straying from St. Pete Beach.

Thank you for your question! I have tried to remove the mention of Free Parking on our Tripadvisor page dozens of times over the last several months, but it never gets removed. I am currently in the process of trying to get someone from Tripadvisor to get in touch with me. Emails I have sent have bounced back or have not been returned at all. I have removed it under amenities in our management center, but it never gets removed no matter how many times I try. I am equally frustrated and hate incorrect information being displayed on our page. That is one of the reasons we have it on the first page of our actual website! We do indeed charge a parking fee of $10.70 per night, but we do waive the fee for our repeat guests and guests that booked prior to the implementation of the fee.
