My first thought when walking into this Inn was one of confusion. Looked cute, but never have stayed in an Inn before. Usually we stay in hotels. Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. We had a second floor room , I believe it was called The Seahorse Room. Opening

This is what Old Florida is about!! Great location with greater customer service. First time at St George Island and didn't have a clue where to begin, so a quick chat with Melanie and we knew where we wanted to go first! Had a wonderful anniversary with my better half without

This place is A++++. I am so glad I stayed here! This place is so much better than the pictures! Its like a home away from home. It smelled wonderful and the room I was in (the Sunrise) was perfect. Very clean and all the amenities I needed. I originally booked a smaller room

This place has potential. Staff seemed friendly. Room was by far not worth the price. The mattress is terrible, I may as well have slept on a slab of concrete. Room was tiny, thankfully we didn't need the pull out sofa because I'm not sure how it would have opened. Soooooooo

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconveniences that you went through during your stay. We finally have our new router so internet is perfect again. Hope to see you in the summer after all our years planned upgrades are done. We spend each year during the slow times making these upgrades and really appreciate input for anything that we can do to make it 100%. See you again soon.

We are centrally located in the center of St. George Island. Out of our front door to the right a five minute walk to the bay. And to the left a 4 minute walk to the beach/gulf. Everything (except for the state park) is within a 2 block radius.

There are TONS of pet friendly things on the island as well as nearby Apalachicola! Harry A's (on the island) actually has a full menu for pups! Up the Creek in Apalachicola is another awesome pet friendly restaurant with outdoor, screened-in seating, directly on the river! We are also the only pet friendly hotel on the island.

I would suggest several rooms with a beautiful view of the bay. Our sunsets are amazing here!!! We have 2 rooms with a king bed in them on the second floor that face the bay. Those two rooms are bayside and windjammer. We also have a room with a queen bed that is called seahorse. If you would like to see these rooms you can look at our website stgeorgeinn please feel free to call us directly to book your room at 8509272903
