This place has always been terrific --- the owner is hands on - always seems to be there --- over-seeing their excellent hot breakfast -- helping in the laundry room, etc. Beautiful Erika and Bianka hustle around the breakfast room, going out of their way to help customers with things. All help friendly and courteous and helpful. We always stay... More

On our recent stay at this hotel the staff were awesome! They were so welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel valued. We also appreciated the comfort of our guest room in terms of cleanliness, presentation, and even temperature after a long day out. It was great to also have the convenience of the in-room... More

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the service and friendliness of this motel and all of the staff. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean, and those who took care of the rooms for us Erika, Honey, Bianka, Ceci, Rodney,Richard were all very helpful, friendly, warm and worked very hard to accommodate any and all our needs.... Our room had musty smell, the AC sounded like a jet about to take off when it kicked in, and to top it off a train goes roaring by on a regular basis. We had to plug the phone in but when we tried to call the front desk the call wouldn't go through. We were exhausted so we stayed, besides... More

We stayed in a double suite, which was perfect for our family of four. Lots of space, very VERY comfortable beds, clean and plenty of towels. Tali went out of the way to help our family with breakfast. She is truly a sweet lady. The manager Fahid was also very friendly and helpful. Front desk and concierge was great in... More

From the moment I entered the lobby, the people here went out of their way to help me. They were willing to work with and had solutions to my needs. (I needed 2 rooms because we had our grandson with us. They have a two bedroom suite.) The next morning, the manager actually fixed us waffles for breakfast. Marielena made... More

I spent five nights here in late January and, except for the cold and windy weather, my stay was great. I was in St. Augustine for an Air Force reunion and we had over 90 people staying at the Quality Inn. The staff wasn't in any way overwhelmed and Tati was there every morning to make waffles for anyone who... More

The Inn is about four blocks from the main street thru St. Augustine. It's near many restaurants. The room was comfortable and had all of the necessities. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The one thing that set this hotel apart from others that I've stayed in was the people. They seemed genuinely happy to have us... More

The staff was the most accomodating of any motel we have ever stayed out. We were there as part of a large group of Air Force veterans.
