I have stayed here 11/4-11/6. I parked my new car directly in front of a security camera incase of anything would occur. The vehicle never left the lot since I checked in. As I check out on 11/6 the front left side of my vehicle was completely scratched, left mirror was scratched and my hood have a 10 inch line scratch. I went to the front desk and spoke to Rufina Hernandez and she did not know what to do so I asked her to take photo of the damage. I called back and spoke to Kal Patel who claim to be the manager of the hotel was one of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. He claimed they reviewed the 3 days footage and saw nothing so they take zero responsibility and refuse to give me his full name on the phone and a voice statement that he in fact reviewed all the footage himself. I will never stay at this hotel ever again, and I will ensure that this individual will be investigated.

Clean, decorated nice, very friendly staff, comfy beds! Better than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at!!! Also great location. I don’t think they have breakfast though, thank god for Uber. Highly recommend this place

This would be a five star review except the lack of housekeeping. The front desk person was absolutely phenomenal. I believe her name is Jennette. She was helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. Thank you Jennette. Other than that it's exactly what it is a rodeway inn.

This is the best economy class motel I have ever been at. The entire place is clean, well lit, nice TV, very comfortable. The pool is clean with sufficient space to sit at. Complex area is well lit at night. Access to the laundry/ ice machine is secured with room key access only. Rooms are clean and seem to be newly renovated. Bed is comfortable, TV is large with a decent selection of channels, has mini fridge, small coffee maker, and plenty of room to move around in. The location is decent. Within a few miles of downtown, multiple restaurants and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Parking is limited to number of rooms so late at night very limited. Spaces are tight.

Reviews were all over the place, yet I still took a chance because they weren't that bad, and for the price, I couldn't pass. Location is only a few blocks from historic St. Augustine.. not walking distance though. When we 1st got there.. it seemed sketchy (we went down an alley off road to the parking) and encountered a lady who was asking for jumper cables in the parking lot. There seemed to be people who may live there. Once we got into room our 2nd floor room, pleasantly surprised and happy. Very clean, updated and quiet. The front office needs lots of updating. It's a clean, updated (room we stayed in) and great location. Don't be intimidated from the outside. I'd stay again for the value.. it's definitely not a high end place.. budget friendly.

Fire Morgan, asap. Completely without a clue, unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely abnoxious air of self entitlement. Ineffective at basic performance of job capabilities. Doesn't know how to handle people or calls.

Don’t do it! I know the price is tempting, and yes the rooms do *look* like the pictures however they are absolutely filthy! There was hair everywhere. Stuck in the drain, in the bed, on the walls of the shower, next to the bed, EVERYWHERE. On top of that we did not have towels in our room. We went to the office to get towels and one was so filthy, that you can see all the dirt and hair in it. This was probably the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed at.

The rooms are in need on serious maintenance. First room the shower and sink would not drain. It was an ADA shower so it didn’t have a curb and the entire bathroom flooded. The office was closed with no contact info. I tried calling and there was no answer. The call pushed through to another hotel that didn’t answer as well. When the staff arrived there was no communication… not I am sorry. Just nothing. After a few minutes after looking at the computer we ended up with a different room. The next room initially looked ok until we went into that bathroom. There was so much water damage to the floor that the vinyl tiles were all cupped and loose. There was a lot of mold around the tiles and shower. It is hard to believe that either room would ever be rented by a hotel.

First room: AC was too noisy. The room temperature was about 3-4 degrees higher than the control panel. In reality, there's no control over the thermostat. The room was heavily loaded with a sewer line smell. Definitely, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud than average. The body shampoo bottle was not pumping at all. The worst part is one of the beds generated a squeaky noise once you turn or move your body because of the metal mattress and box! Lost the first night of sleep!!! The next day morning we were able to replace it with another room, and the problem was resolved, but the exhaust fan is still way too loud!!!

This is a modern, updated, and clean Roadway Inn. The interior of these rooms are stylish and chic, similar to what you might find in Miami, but at a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and friendly and let us switch rooms because of a noise issue. That leads me to my one complaint: thin walls. You are likely to hear noise from the adjoining rooms so you should have earplugs on hand. This is actually the BEST Roadway Inn that I have even stayed at.
