From the moment we arrived, I knew we picked the best place to stay! Suzanne was so very friendly and welcoming. Bob was a gracious and warm host as well. The inn and location could not be better. Breakfasts were incredible! Can't wait to return!

If I could give this inn more than 5 stars I would! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Bob and Susan are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and made by them. They made it feel like a home away from home! I can't wait for my next trip to St. Augustine to stay there. Thank you. - Mike and Ivette

For having just three years experience running the Inn, they've done a wonderful job creating a welcoming, cozy, quiet, relaxing environment. Attention to detail is a specialty and the 3-course breakfast simply -- yum, yum, yum -- as pretty to look at as delicious to eat. Our room was in the back and was exceptionally quiet, you didn't even hear...

Queens Anne's Lace Room is beautiful and sweetly decorated. We were quite comfy there. The princess bed and linens were so comfortable. The breakfasts were oh so perfect and we have some dietary limitations that were perfectly accommodated. The winning trifecta: great people, great food, great place. It doesn't get any better than this!

Awesome stay in St. Augustine's perfect location! Highly recommend! Innkeepers, Bob and Suzanne are the best! "The Garden" room upstairs is next to a beautiful veranda featuring snacks, soft drinks and even a relaxing porch swing. Best Bed & Breakfast in St. Augustine!

The inn is very charming and in a great location. We enjoyed the three course breakfasts which were innovative and delicious. Our room "Splendid Time" was located on the first floor and we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine people watching. The Christmas tour trolley groups made a lot...

The old powder house inn is so cute. My husband and I stayed in the enchanted hideaway that had its own private entrance. Bob and Suzanne are welcoming and down to earth. It is in the heart of the city, so you can walk just about everywhere. The breakfast is out of this world. It's fresh and flavorful. I love...

The reception area is a wonderful place to gather and the lovely dining room is were the most delicious breakfasts are served. If you like...
