Was extremely disappointed we have stayed here before 5 years. Since hurricane Matthew things have changed it seems like customer service isn't what it used to be although most of the staff is friendly it was our anniversary and we were not able to have our Jacuzzi bath they did not elaborate that they no longer worked. Funny they charge...

I highly recommend staying at the Casablanca Inn if you happen to be visiting the bay area. Our rooms we booked were under construction so they upgraded us for no extra charge. The placement of the inn is perfect. All of the workers from the bartender to the front desk staff (JESSE) were extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure and...

I have stayed at Casablanca 3 times and it only gets better each time. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. The people that work there are wonderful, they are very professional and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The martini bar is a great way to enjoy the water view while you relax and...

If you are only looking for location this is your place. If your looking for anything else go elsewhere. Parking for the hotel is 2 blocks away. The rooms have furniture on top of furniture. There was duct tape on the bottom of the doors to keep the a/c in. There was a non functional window shaker a/c in the...

I agree we have the best location! We do let everyone know when booking that parking is only two blocks away. Since we are circa 1914 and in the Historic District we would not have onsite parking. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations. Feel free to call the Inn to discuss.

We were looking forward to our trip to St Augustine and researched the Casablanca inn before we booked the place. Obviously we did not do enough research. It is located on a busy street across from the ocean. We were told to unload behind the building and to park our car in a separate lot. So far no problem, however,...

We normally do not write reviews but felt we must this time. We viewed the Casablanca Inn online and it appeared to be exactly what we would like while visiting beautiful St. Augustine. The location is perfect. Easy walks to many restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The front desk young lady, Emily, was very welcoming and kind. The rest is downhill....

This is nothing more but a decrepit old boarding house. It's disgusting. Peeling paint. Unkempt. Vile carpeting. Filthy. Debris lying around. Our brunch was despicable. The people are all nice. They have good Martinis. It's a fantastic location. Amazing views from the filthy 2nd floor private (supposedly) terrace which is actually basically a construction site. But the place is falling...

Thank you for pointing out that the staff, location and views were great! We do have construction going on due to the destruction of Hurricane Matthew. Our town suffered significant damage and we did make everyone aware of work being done on the building. Room 10 has a jacuzzi tub with shower in the room but has a separate bathroom...

Our first time in St. Augustine was truely a most enjoyable experience because of the superior hospitality we received at the Inn. I needed a 1st floor room for my mobility challenged spouse and one that allowed pet. The Carriage behingd the Inn was able to accomodate us. The entire experience from making the reservations to checkin, breakfast, dining recomendations...

Set on the water side of the bay, this quaint historic inn is spectacular for its central location. Within just a few minutes, even seconds in some cases, is some of the most fantastic world food imaginable. If not food, then there is a historic fort, and the oldest city in the Country waiting for you just around ANY corner...

We decided to book here to see the Nights of Lights. Yes, it's an old inn so yes it has its flaws but not enough to spoil your visit. Arrived early and waited until 4pm for our room to be ready...our friends got their room at least an hour before us. Room was on the second floor in the Main...
