The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, and contacted hotels.com for us and sorted it all out. the room was on the 1st floor and very clean. the pool area was small but clean and very nice. there are chickens and roosters...

So much to like about this place. Comfy atmosphere, great location, lots to do and see within walking distance. We stayed at the top of the stairs in room 206. Comfortable room although somewhat small, but met our needs. Everything was fine until loud voices woke me up around midnight. There was a group of people sitting on the front...

I do apologize your sleep was disturbed. As you said there isn't a way to know if or when we might have a noisy group, however our staff can be more proactive about controlling the situation, and we will address this issue. I am glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us, and we do hope you'll stay...

Stayed here for 4 nights during spring break. Beach is about 15 mins away. Easy walk to many restaurants and the cool clear waters of the bay. Clean room, good breakfast, comfortable bed and TV with a lot of channels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay. Will definitely return.

Decided on a Thursday I wanted to go visit friends in Port St Joe the next day, called the Port Inn (websites all said the place was booked), they had one room left for the weekend and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Went over the bridge to Mexico beach and met friends during...

It's always wonderful to stay somewhere that people make you feel a part of the family. Check-in was simple and efficient. We stayed in one of the separated cottages. We had a bath and a half, 2 full queen-sized beds, kitchen, living area and it was spot-less. Clean as a pin. Three flat-screen TV's, cable and Wi-Fi. Right at the...

Let me first say, my husband and I love the Inn. We stay here everytime we visit Port St. Joe, which is several times a year. This review involves the Port Cottages and not the rooms at the Inn. We decided this year to rent a bay view cottage, so our 16 year old son could have his own room....

We found this place quite randomly. Read the TA reviews and thought we would try it. Wow, this is such a quaint, warm , place. Has all the charm of an old, grand hotel,( like the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in Michigan). AND, very clean. We spent many nites in chain hotels, this far surpasses. If you have the...

What a great stay we had at the Port Inn. Everyone was so friendly and place was very clean. Rooms were nicely decorated. Located close to everything. You can ride bikes which the hotel has at no charge, to eat, go to the bay or whatever want to do. Will go back and stay again! Hopefully soon!!!

This was our first visit to this charming panhandle town. Stayed 3 nights. Very nice, convenient to downtown so you can walk to restaurants and the Bay Walk. Have bikes that you can borrow to ride on the local trails. Nice breakfast which is $5 each with made to order eggs, etc. Very friendly breakfast staff. The only issue we...

This was our 1st visit to that part of Florida and we could not have been more pleased. The hotel staff was awesome. Our room was very clean, neat and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a couples getaway. The location was great. We had a view of the gulf from our window. We are planning another trip soon...
