We had a great stay at this Marriott Courtyard! It gives off comfortability, cleanliness, and great guest service experience. If you're looking for a comfortable and reasonable priced stay in the plantation area this hotel is it. Shout out to Destiny and Natasha for answering all of our questions!

Worst experience every. I'm a silver elite member. Woke up to find my car was towed. Hotel did not communicate towing policy and towing company refused to tell me how many prior vehicles has been towed from this property. Why doesn't hotel request your license plate at time of check in. WARNING THIS PROPERTY IS OUT TO SCAM YOU!

Basic and quiet. When we arrived the parking lot was a huge pond. None of the drains were working. Other than that they have Starbucks in lobby so you pay for everything. No free breakfast at this location. Beds are good, rooms quiet and dark. The end 😀 Got to get 200 characters

Remodeled in a very tasteful decor. Everything shines, staff, rooms, comfortable beds , nice pool. Convenient to dozens of restaurants and stores. It’s a winner. Close to 595 to 95 , north, south or the airport. And free parking which is getting scarce as hotels nickel and dime you to death

I arrived here yesterday due to the storm and even though the weather and the flooding destroyed so much the customer service here made you feel like everything would be ok. I caught a a flat tired entering into the property from the debris. Rhonda and Destiny did everything they could do to make this situation bare able. I stay at Marriott properties a lot and hands down never have I received such amazing customer service and kindness. These young ladies went far and beyond to make me feel like family. I’ve stayed at 5star locations and nothing compares to this location every time I stay here. Hats off to you and your team. You guys are beyond amazing.

Solid hotel with plenty of nearby amenities! We stayed for one night after a cruise. I mistakenly thought their shuttle was an airport shuttle, but it’s only for rides in the immediate area. At least it’s only about a $25 Uber to the airport. We were able to get in our room when we arrived at 10am, which was amazing! The view and non-functional balcony were underwhelming but no complaints if it meant we got a room right away! Beds are divine. Better than the cruise we just got off from and the 5* hotel we stayed at pre-cruise. Best sleep of our vacation. The AC was working great! Staff were friendly and our room was immaculately clean. Appears to have been recently renovated. Nice to have the mall, Target and many restaurants within walking distance. Pool was quite lovely! I little debris in it but great temp and nice loungers around. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would stay again.…

We stayed this past week at this hotel. Reservations were made months ago for my sons wedding. We herd the hotel was under renovation. When my son made the reservation it was for the new side. He checked in and was put into an older suite. We both made phone calls to find out what happened. So the new side was literally being opened as we checked in . I called and spoke with the assistant general manager Rhonda. Rhonda was the nicest person I’ve spoken to in a long time. She jumped on it and was able to get a suite inspected in time to move my son and his now wife. She was unbelievable and all the staff in the hotel was as well. I stayed in a brand new room that was fantastic. So new I had to plug in some lights . I recommend staying in this hotel. Very close to lots of restaurants and grocery store. “Thank you for being a Marriott Gold Member” Don’t use points here they will just give you the smallest room they have with a queen bed when the reservation clearly states king bed. Rude staff. Unpleasant time. Don’t recommend. Marriott treats members using points as second class citizens. Having the credit card is worthless.

I have spent over 1300 nights as a Titanium Marriott Member. I can honestly say the Courtyard Marriott Plantation is the worst I have ever been at. The hotel is dirty and is desperate need of upgrading - I spent 3 nights here the week of January 23rd and not once was my room serviced after several request to do so. The staff is non responsive and this is part of the problem. I would highly NOT RECOMEND this location.
