Thank you! I would’ve like see housekeeping come a couple times. However housekeeping did bring us clean towels & we did get extra linens. All in all it was a good experience. Very close to most beaches, restaurants & plenty of things to do,

They are always so kind to me when I overnight for my tour bus company and they do a very good job of cleaning. They know my routine and cater to it and help me with anything I need. Anybody going to the ports I recommend you stay here all the time.

No hot water for the shower but this was quickly repaired. The bed was comfortable and the room is nice for the price and location. The coffee in the lobby would be better if it were hot. Breakfast featured cold coffee, no spoons, overflowing trash and a toaster positioned so it dumped my toasted bagel straight on the floor.

General Manager, Meredith I wished I could give a 5 star just because of you. You were amazing. I visited Florida for the first time in a few years for a function. We stayed at this hotel. I have a rare neurological disorder which causes lots of issues with my body including nerve damages. I was in a car accident years ago. I cannot walk or balance on my own. I cannot sleep on the floor because my lumbar and sacrum got injured because of the accident. If my lower back hurts I get something similar to a seizure (which I also suffer from) that’s call a spasm. Every muscles in my body will be contract and that causes difficulties breathing. Unfortunately the mattress was too hard. I tried telling them at the front office of my condition before I got there. The Jamaican girl working the overnight shift was so rude on 12th or 13th of July. It was worse when we got there. Not sure how these Jamaican girls got the job. I started thinking they were discriminated against me because of my disability. No empathy. Before we got there I called late at night because I just had a few questions. She hung up the phone on me twice. Apparently she had no answers and couldn’t be bothered with me. When we got there on Thursday the 15th we found out the bed was too firm. My husband went to get another blanket and they told him that was the last one. He didn’t asked them. That didn’t help. I was crying because I didn’t want to get a spasm. I woke up in so much pain, I couldn’t move. Thankfully a nice gentleman and the amazing General Manager was kind enough to offer to move us to another room. We asked if we could have the mattress changed because our room was more spacious fir me. She didn’t hesitated to change the mattress for us. She even had us checked two other rooms to see which mattress was more comfortable. The mattress was switched and it was perfect. The rude Jamaicans with no empathy for someone who is sick could have told us to wait to speak to the manager the following morning. Instead she asked if we wanted to check out? I didn’t tell that girl I wanted to check out in the middle of the night. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. If you you are disabled do NOT go this hotel before speaking to the General Manager, Meredith. Thank you for making my stay comfortable on the 2nd day until we left.

Beds were terrible. Beds should be replaced, actually. Toilet was set on a 45 degree angle and half the bulbs in the room were missing. For the price, could’ve stayed somewhere better. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. This is the last time I’ll stay at a LaQuibta - they’re all a mess!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CHAIN: Today, during my stay at the hotel a random man used a key card to enter my room while I was changing. This was extremely disturbing, I dread thinking about if I’d been alone in my room. We called the front desk several times with no answer. I went down immediately to the front desk because in my opinion this is a huge safety issue for all guests at the hotel that must be addressed before someone is hurt or belongs are stolen. The front desk attendant, Tamika, informed me she could not do anything. Meredith the general manager was not available to handle the situation until Monday and there was no one else to call to handle the situation. I asked her to check the security cameras because what if he’s going in other rooms? She said she cannot check the security cameras. I recommended she notify the police and security but she did neither. My family and I did not stay due to the complete lack of concern and supposed ability to resolve this situation and ensure the safety of the families and guest sleeping in their rooms where the doors are not secure. This is an issue that must be addressed. I followed up with the “corporate number” and both Sarah (the first person I talked to) and then her manager Diane to notify of the situation both flippantly informed me they would file a report that would get reviewed and handled in a week. This is despicable. A technician should be called right away at the very least to check the door system and ensure everyone is as safe as possible. We will never be staying at this hotel chain or its’ affiliates ever again.

My family and I were greeted by the nicest host. Hotel was dated, but I did not mind that. Our beds were comfortable, but the room was very dirty - especially the bathroom. There was a mat/dirt ring around the tub and the tub itself was clogged and bubbling up in the center. Sockets were loose and sparking. Streaks on the TV, dust and dirt along the room. Gym was clean and pool was nice, but I do not recommend booking here.

The Staff was Terrible. One elevator out of service the other on the other side of the building (about 100 yards) and I had to find it on my own. I had several interactions with the staff no hospitality skills at all. Room smelled. We went to breakfast at 7:15am and it was still being set up.

.Sofa bed too old: worn out with springs ready to come out of the mattress. Horrible night sleeping in the sofa. No pillow available for the Sofa on the front desk. Too long to get the front desk on the phone.
