Josh and Shayna at the front desk are amazing at what they do. They are excellent in customer service and go above and beyond to make you feel at home! If you have any issues they will do their best to make sure they are resolved!

ROACH motel , bad service , dirty, poor customer service, Only offered 50 off of a week stay!! Never cleaned or sprayed after notifications multiple times. Had to buy extra pillows at Walmart. Wanted to charge for 2 extra towels. Very very dirty!!

Horrible. No coffee Room was outdated. Beds comfortable staff acted as if they didn't care price way too high for what u received. I would not recommend nor stay there again. Only saving grace was the number of restaurants close by within walking distance

The value place is in a great location and easy to get to. The staff was great and the rooms where very clean and nice. Had a kitchenette so you could make meals there if you wanted to and a fridge. Although we were not there much, it was nice to come back, take a shower and get some sleep....

I recently left the Value Place on Detroit in Pensacola, and I will tell you that I had a VERY comfortable experience. From the front desk to the staff, was an extremely warming and pleasant stay. While this hotel offers a great price the staff knew very little of how to check people in. They have no overnight staff. They advertised a kitchen and had nothing in it to prepare food. Trying to sell you dishes at the front desk. The people in the room above us where rude and inconsiderate people staying there. Very noisy....

The non-smoking room is ok. The Service needs to be improved when it comes to cleaning the room. Staff are friendly. White towels are 90% clean, better use your own just to be on the safe side. Security is good. The place is very close to the high way, about 500 meters to I-10. A great advantage if you want...

The room was great. Tim he Was awesome great hospitality Made the stay a lot better. Nothing I can complain about it was on the outside of town so nice and quite not far from anything. Only 10-15 minutes feom the beach or base especially for the price. I would definitely book here again.

Very nice. amazing service who make sure you are comfortable.. all pleasant review for my stay would recommend! also very clean with included stove top, full fridge, & microwave like studio type. It was nice & relaxing.

Everyone who stays at this hotel is kind and polite. I stood here with my toddler and it was like having a family away from home. You know how they say you get what you pay for? Well at this place you get more than you pay for. The front desk staff once stood out a half hour past closing...
