Upon loosing our loved one we decided to go to the Radisson Panama City to grieve. We booked 2 nights and had planed on extending until the housekeeping supervisor verbally attacked me in my room during a live zoom training with over 1000 employee's on the call. They they charged me $100 dollar fee for checking out at 11:30 am. I HIGHLY RECOMEND TO NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY,
My wife and I stayed at the Radisson PCB from June 06, 2022 through June 08,2022. The hotel is beautiful and all the workers there were/are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean , the bed was super comfortable and the patio was spacious with a glorious view of the ocean. I wish we could have stayed much longer.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!!!!!! Dead ROACHES, baby ROACHES, BIG ROACHES!! I am absolutely disgusted by the condition of this room! I am trying to get the hell out of here and all hotels are sold out! Listen to me people you will be completely grossed TF out!!
From the airport it was about a 30 minute ride via a cab ($55 + tip) for 2 people. Check in was quick and easy. We got a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was spacious with comfortable beds a safe, full refrigerator and balcony. Room service was very nice and delivered on the spot when we called for towels and toiletries. The pools were great! The one we used was with the lazy river, it was fun and relaxing. Pool towels were provided. There is a restaurant outside near the pools and a fine dining downstairs. Available within walking distance is a Mexican restaurant, an ice cream shop, subway and waffle shop and more! You can rent road vehicles across the street. Everything was nearby. If you want to go the Main Pier there is plenty of shopping and dining. A cab ride there is abou.t $20. Everything was great and would consider visiting there again. Loved the hotel!…
It was a beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff, ideal location. My only note is that the WI-FI connection is a little bit spotty. But besides that everything else is immaculate. Would definitely recommend it to others.
I was a little hesitant to reserve a room here after reading the reviews but so glad that I did. It is an older hotel that has had a recent facelift. The room had plenty of room and all the amenities one could ask for at the beach. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking wasn’t as bad as some made it out to be in other reviews, especially for Labor Day weekend. We were always able to find a spot. The only bad things I could say would be the $71 resort fee that was charged at check in and the broken chair on balcony b This hotel is by no means a resort and other hotels within walking distance only charge around $15. The chairs on the balcony are cheap, flimsy and weathered. One of the chairs was unusable as one leg was broken. It would’ve been nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The staff from reception to grounds keeper were all very friendly and made you feel welcome from the time we arrived till we left. Cudos to your staff Radisson! We go several times a year to PCB and We will definitely stay here again! Please get better balcony chairs for next time and be more upfront with “resort” fees. That extra $71 to some, could ruin their vacation if they were on a budget. Can’t wait to come back!…
This hotel is literally my new favorite getaway. All rooms have balconies with a beach view! Beach access and the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful! The front desk staff is so wonderful and friendly! It’s so nice, we’ve stayed twice in a month. Both times we stayed we were upgraded! Military rate was also a great value! Can’t beat it! The location is great, plenty to do within walking distance, plus a great restaurant right next door!
We spent a week in July 2022 at the Radisson. It was myself and 3 kids, my husband came later in the week due to work. Our room was nice, hotel staff was all very friendly & accommodating. The hotel was clean. Comfortable beds, extra pillows. We didn’t have any problems or issues while we were here. My one complaint would be parking. We would make it back to our room by 7-8 if not you would have to park across the road, in a parking lot which was very uncomfortable. There was a run down hotel near it & it just didn’t feel safe. I know parking everywhere is a problem & this wouldn’t deter me from returning.
I would give this 0 stars in a rating. Our room upon arrival was terrible. The back balcony door wouldn’t close all the way, the floor was so nasty you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned, the door separating the bedroom to the kitchenette was busted, the front door had what appeared to be mold on it, blood stains on the pillow cases. It was disgusting. We had not even took our luggage off the cart and went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. They denied and sent someone to our room to inspect. The guy didn’t seem too bothered by it. But changed our rooms out for us. The next room was just as bad if not worse. The light switch would drip water to the point there would be a puddle beneath it. Mirror had edges that were sharp and broken. Something spilled and stained under the fridge, not hot water. Floors were so nasty you couldn’t walk around barefoot. The traffic is so loud you could hear it all night long. The night staff was somewhat helpful but the day crew was so hateful. Not helpful what so ever. I ask for bedding and was told they would have to put in a request for it. The drains looked as though they had never been cleaned along with everything else in the room. The pictures online are nothing like what we stayed in. It is very overpriced. We had to park across the street behind a convenience store. It completely ruined our vacation having such a awful place to stay at. Please do yourself a favor and do not book here. We’ve never stayed somewhere with so many problems. I don’t know how they are able to stay open with all these safety hazards.…
Well let me start by saying it took us 25 mins to find parking on Saturday check in day. Next no hot water cool water only. I booked a room with a hot tub because it was my husband Birthday the water very cold and some oily black stuff was coming out. And last someone entered our room with a key while we were sleeping, but the thingy prevented the door from opening all the way. One of the house keepers name Anthena had the best customer service. She get a 5 star!
