Me and my family had 2 rooms at the Radisson and we had an awesome time. Our room overlooked the beach and the pool. We didn't have to go far to eat because restaurants are right there beside you. The maid that cleaned our room on the 4th floor was sooo nice and sweet. Everytime she saw me she would give me a big hug and she had a wonderful smile. I left her a nice tip and a letter telling her Thank you for being a wonderful person. Everyone there at the hotel was very nice and helpful and we just had a wonderful time. The pool is very nice. My grandkids loved it and so did all of us. Thank you Radisson for being so nice and accommodating. Everyone there was like your best friend. Very nice and the room we're really nice also.

Hotel's Favourite
I went down for a short visit to see family. The rooms are good size and all have ocean view. The staff are very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. There's a small kitchenette in the room, so I was able to prepare my own meals to save a bit of money (which I prefer). It's clean, quiet and feels safe. Stores and shopping are all a short drive away.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance to a lot of attractions and eating places. Check in was quick, our clerk was very accommodating. The hotel has been tastefully updated for an older property. We had a suite which was well done, it allowed me to sleep late and my wife to rise early and have coffee and quiet time on the balcony. We enjoyed the refrigerator and freezer as well. There was plenty of beech for everyone. There’s a nice restaurant next the hotel that was great for lunch and drinks and several nicer restaurants for evening meals, we never drove to eat anywhere due to being close to so much.

I absolutely loved our stay. The oceanview was amazing from the balcony. It was like a little beach apartment away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We are planning on booking another stay in the near future.

This was my family’s 3rd trip to PCB in the past 4 years. The deal on the Radisson was so good I was a little worried I’d be disappointed and would have regretted not spending a little more. Boy was I wrong. Aside from a small mix up at check in, which was resolved immediately, our stay was amazing. It was probably the all around best value I’ve ever gotten out of a hotel stay. Clean, fairly updated, well maintained rooms. We loved the layout. If someone wants to cook breakfast in the kitchenette or the kids want to get up early we just closed the bedroom door. Every room has a balcony with a gorgeous view. The hotel is in a good location. The little restaurant next door has great mahi tacos and if you show your room key you get 10% off. Lots of parking compared to many of the competitors in the area. Access to the beach is a breeze. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And then there’s the beach. The water is crystal clear and the sand is white. In the late mornings and early afternoons the water was so calm you barely even noticed the waves. Late afternoons and evenings the waves would pick up a bit, but were still very mild. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I can’t wait to go back! It was a great stay!…

I was down on the coast on business and had a couple of days to relax. I found the Radisson as a last minute (wed--fri) stay through the Choice Hotels app. Grabbed a room and checked in. The front desk staff were awesome, as it was very busy at 4pm. For the mid range price I wasn't expecting nearly the nice room and super location that the Radisson offers. Newly renovated and exceptionally clean, I had a very pleasant couple of days off. Immediate beach access and good parking are just the extra bonus. Looking forward to coming back later this fall1!!

The elevator was sketchy, the plug for the jet tub we molded. The keys didn’t work in half the tub. There was an ocean view in every room. The room I booked wasn’t available once I got there. Check in took about an hour with unrequested room changes. I stayed one night and left the next morning, and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Positives - the view and the reception staff. Negatives - sand on the floor in the room, tired decor, external and internal doors seen better days, the pool was minging, wifi was rubbish, communal halls and lifts not great. This is a fantastically located hotel but needs investment, however the flip side of that is the prices would go up!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Clean room, every person at the front desk welcomed us with a smile. We loved having a balcony. The only complaint would be the elevator having an odd smell and being very hot(which did not really matter to us). We would definitely stay here again.
