Don’t rent a car. Uber is reasonable and there’s a shuttle service for Disney and Universal Studios. Valet is expensive just to park a car overnight at the hotel. I didn’t go to CVS but the crosswalk is available to go... More

Greetings, DisneyloverMichigan, we take all reports of possible bed bug activity very seriously. We recognize that our hotel is located in a popular, international destination and therefore we need to be on high alert when it comes to these concerns. Unfortunately, bed bugs have become an increasing concern in hotels throughout the country over the last year. While bed bugs are definitely a nuisance, they do not pose a significant health risk and are not related to cleanliness concerns. Bed Bugs are typically introduced to suite by a previous guest. While this issue is not common at the Caribe, as a result of the intensive national news media attention to this topic, we have initiated a detailed detection program and follow up treatment plan in order to combat this type of concern. We want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regular scheduled basis. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
