We have just returned from a sixteen night stay at Caribe Royale and from check in to check out it exceeded our expectations and then some. The scale of the resort is amazing ,starting with the huge beautifully presented reception leading through to the beautifully landscaped pool which is staffed by extremely attentive people. Plentiful sunbeds, and towels changed whenever you need. The pool area is spotless and the water warm ,just ideal. Our suite was very clean and towels and bedding were changed daily! It was well equipped with a very comfortable king size bed. Two very large tv's , one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom went down really well with us!! We used Cafe 24 a few times and the food was excellent and again the staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all our stay was pretty much faultless, so thank you Caribe Royale from two very happy 60 plus travellers who booked this resort only two weeks before we arrived looking for a break from the Scottish winter and found not only a great hotel but the most amazing January weather, pretty much in the 80s every day!!…
Me and my husband went back to Orlando without the kids. I saw this before but the great price and pictures were enticing. It was beyond what I expected . Beautiful clean room with plenty of space. Even had activities for families. I will be returning with my family.
The Caribe Royals has wonderful amenities - restaurants, bars, beautiful pool. The rooms are suites and are very spacious. Everything was incredible clean and staff was amazing. I loved that everything you could need was in place and it was close to Disney.
Horrible experience as our first visit, first of all several dogs in rooms adjoining ours barked for a long time at rest hours which was very irritating, if you are going to allow pets these should be located in areas of the hotel separated to those of customers without pets, then when we tried to make a reservation in person at the restaurant around 6pm we were told it would be for 8:30 and minutes later they passed it to 9pm however a couple who arrived after us was offered at 7:30, we were the same amount of people, we felt disappointed and we went to dinner outside the hotel, finally at our check out they charged us valet parking service, without having received that service and when we went to fix the mistake the person who attended us which was very rude Mr. Pedro Torres took all the time in the world to train a girl, as much as we mentioned that we were in a hurry and needed them to correct the mistake fast he ignored our request and took all the time in the world and when we insisted he simply offered to call the manager, we were in a hurry so we decided to leave this feedback here, honestly very disappointed with the mediocre service of this hotel, we expected more being vip members of Experian and this establishment having 4 stars, it definitely doesn't seem so in practice…
Steve Brown was the highlight of the trip. Delightful and friendly man. Made a rainy day a bit more sunny! Conference facilities were good. Pricing on food/beverage was a bit excessive. Good time overall.
My wife, toddler and I booked the Newly Re-Imagined Caribe Queen Suite. However, we wanted to get two rooms at the time but didn't. When we arrived, we were able to get an early check in and upgrade to a Villa with two rooms. It was very nice and if you're like us, one night owl and two early birds, it was the best choice and stay I have ever had with my family. I was able to watch TV and do what I wanted as late as I wanted without disturbing them. Minutes after we got in our room, we heard a knock and were greeted with a kind card asking if we need anything to let them know and a fruit and cheese plate. We really appreciated it! The resort is beautiful! We really liked the room and resort, however, we didn't do much other than sleep and shower because it was so cold that weekend and we had other plans like Disney and some other things. My daughter and wife went to the hot tub then braved the pool shortly, which was they really liked. They also ate breakfast and really enjoyed it. Too bad it was cold or my daughter would have spent an entire day just in their pools and slide. We tried to find somewhere to eat after one day at Disney, which is very close, but couldn't decide on anything. We ended up looking at their website and saw they had really reasonably/cheap priced room service and ordered for all of us. It cost less than $50 for 3 of us and was really good! No way we could have gone to. a restaurant for what we got and paid that little. Not to mention it came within 10 minutes. Again, everything was great and I highly recommend this hotel.…
We love to stay in this area and this hotel was chosen for a convention we attended. The pool area has plenty of chairs and towels and the workout facility is great. It should be when there's a resort fee:) There's a nice path to jog around and green space next to a pond. The room was comfortable and parking convenient. Food and beverages were a bit overpriced but that is to be expected these days.
Steve Brown was very attentive to any need I had….even the ones I didn’t know I had. He was right there offering extra towels at the pool to offering assistance carrying groceries to my room and he did so with a big smile on his face. He had a way of making everyone feel special. I hope he is compensated well for his 27 years of service to this establishment.
Was here for a conference last week. Facility is huge, but nothing ever seemed to far away. Service as good, and the event went off without a hitch. Pool was nice, and good for families. Food at the resort was mixed. Some things were outstanding while others were meh or worse. Only real problem I had was housekeeping came super late every day, like 5:00 PM. Would recommend for a conference.
This could be a nice resort. Very large with manicured grounds and very visible security which makes you feel safe. Great staff. However, on our two day stay, between 10-12 January, we got to use the main pool only once before they closed it to guests along with the only two bars, to host a private corporate party. This was clearly a planned event that Caribe Royale knew about long before we arrived but they chose to tell us only upon check in. Caribe Royale seem to think that removing the resort fee from our bill was adequate compensation for selling us short and ruining our break. We wont be back.
