This beds and pillows are hard. Smells moldy and musty. They didn't clean our room our last day there. We came back at 10 p.m. and no fresh towels. Totally unacceptable for a 220.00 a night hotel. Stay somewhere else. Looks nice on the outside.
My group stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to a Disney Resort, and we could not have been happier with the convenient location to Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney. You get two complimentary drink vouchers, which is a nice perk. The self...More

Just wrapped up five nights at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. I was there with my son, daughter-in-law and new three month old grandson. My son was attending a conference and we went along for some fun. The facility was clean and modernly appointed,...More
I rarely leave reviews, however I felt compelled to write one. My family and I are frequent visitors to the Disney area (long time pass holders). We usually stay at Disney Resorts. But this time we decided to try this Hilton... what a disappointment and...More
First the great: The service was top notch anytime we needed something. Other than reading my mind for what I needed, I couldn't ask for better service. The facilities were great too: pool (had lift for handicap access), hot tub, conference rooms, free movie rentals,...More

Actually we were sent there for the night due to an error made with our original reservation by their sister hotel. We stayed in the tower that overlooks the pond. And we're very happy with that. Not sure if I would pay extra just to overlook the pool . Hope this helps, enjoy your trip.

No. The way the hotel is positioned it's a different view. And honestly the only thing I can tell you is to make sure you go above the 13th floor. There is like a smaller tower that stops at the 12th I believe and then the other tower goes up to 23 or 24. The smaller tower opens up to parts of the lobby and it's loud. As far as the mildew rooms it's a toss up. We got a great room the first 2 times we went. Last time it was disgusting. I would advise getting there right at check in 1. to avoid the long lines but 2 so you can get into your room to check it out. That way if it is bad you can switch. I don't understand what is up with that hotel but I always thought it was odd that some rooms are renovated and some are not.. Some have no odd smell and some do. I will say this ..they seem to be super accommodating on switching rooms.
