Not for kids only. The four Seasons at Disney is elegant and caters to ALL ages. They have the team to make adults feel welcomed and appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and the team is there for every request. highly recommend this hotel if only for a weekend, so worth it. Oh and the Spa Amazing!!!! Maria G. Chicago
Words cannot express how our experience was here. Hands down the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. After our stay, my wife and I were thinking if there is anything they could do better, and we just couldn’t think of a single thing. The perfect hotel. We’ve been back now for my birthday every year and already have next year’s birthday booked. Can’t say enough good things. Food, staff, cleanliness, amenities, kid’s activities, room… just superb. All of it. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent staff, clean rooms, and good restaurants. The room service is good too. They also have a fitness room which is a nice size. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The property is secluded but transportation is easy. Would definitely go back.
We came back for the second time and were not disappointed! The Staff; food; room; pools, great as usual. And we really appreciate having a shuttle to go to the parks. The only thing is that if you miss the shuttle, then you have to wait for a long time. Oh and if you can, get a breakfast with Goofy and his pals :)
Stayed here for 2 weeks with my little girl and I couldn’t ask for better. We both loved it here. The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Not too far from the parks. Couldn’t be happier with what I received from the place and can’t wait to go back soon
amazing experience - the hotel does so well to both adults and children. From the moment we stepped out of our car we weee treated like special guest. Service is exceptional. Also hotel has amazing amenities. We ended up wanting to hang out at the hotel vs going to the Disney park!
We stayed with our 2 children while visiting Disney World. The accommodations were top notch and the staff were all welcoming and knowledgeable. The pools were impeccable and the food at Ravello was delicious. It was just as much a vacation for my children as it was for us.
We really love this hotel. We usually go to Disney world 1 or 2 times per year, and we used to stay at the Disney hotels close to Magic Kingdom (grand Floridian and Polynesian). We have been to the four seasons Orlando 4 times and we are planning to go back this fall again. Positives: Great pool and lazy river area. You can find relaxing spots and the kids can go down the water slides and float around for hours. The service is great. Never had an issue finding a chair. The restaurants are great, but a bit expensive and also can be hard to book if you are travelling peak season. I would recommend pre-booking The general service is great. One time my daughter forgot a stuffy, and the security department called me to say it was located. And it was fed exed to our home without a cost to us! Front desk staff is great Rooms are clean and very nice The shuttles to the parks run on time and have never been full The character breakfast is cute and not as crazy as the ones at Disney hotels Negatives I haven't had a great experience with the Disney desk. May be that we usually do the VIP tour and have been spoiled but they often do not have answers, I find. Tip: The park view istn't great, it is kind of far away. If you are on a budget, I would not spend money to get the park view. You can go upstairs to Capa and watch the fireworks at night if you wish Lickedy split is fast for breakfast, they have great oatmeal and breakfast items. And very good coffe! …
This hotel is spectacular! Upon arriving early from a morning flight, the front desk team was able to check us in right away and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Park View room where we enjoyed the Epcot fireworks from our balcony each night. The room was impeccable and housekeeping kept the room spotless with a lovely turndown service each evening. The hotel grounds were beautiful with great amenities - we enjoyed the adults only pool and the pool service was great. My boyfriend loved the gym and the shuttle to/from the Disney Parks was reliable, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast with Goofy and Friends was so fun with professional photos provided complimentary. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back! The only critique I have is the in-room TV didn’t offer many channel options and it would be great if they provided smart TVs where you can login to different apps like Netflix, Disney+, etc.…
Stayed 7 nights mid December as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). This was our third stay at a Four Seasons property in the past 12 months having enjoyed time in London (Ten Trinity) and France (Cap Ferrat). We booked through our usual Four Seasons preferred Partner agent but on this occasion was not granted an upgrade on arrival. They said it was due to our length of stay that they could not offer one, however a quick check on the website when settled in the room shown all available room type’s available for our duration. Admittedly it felt somewhat insulting. We appreciate it’s subject to availability but in this case it appeared to be so and not only that, but the welcome amenities in the room was a stark contrast to that of our previous stays, merely a piece of fruit and 4 small chocolates. The resort however is stunning, immaculately well kept, fantastic housekeeping and impeccable service from everyone. We had pencilled more time to be spent at the parks but we quickly changed our plans to enjoy the hotel. The children settled in to the kids club (which they loved) which allowed us time to enjoy some ‘mum and dad’ time at the adult only pool and also a relaxing dinner at Capa. Speaking of food, we ate at Ravello most mornings, perhaps opting for room service once, but it was a lovely setting with great food and great choice. Naturally it becomes a bit more lively on the mornings that the characters show up but the children favoured these and the interactions are probably a touch better than those at the parks. We actually ate at Capa twice which was fantastic and certainly a ‘must-do’ if staying. The ‘Delmonico’ and the lamb are up there with the best we have sampled. PB&G was great for a more casual bite and even the snacks in Lickety-Split exceeded expectations. Overall we had a very lovely stay. We moved on to both the Polynesian and the Wilderness lodge for 6 nights each and although they are nicely themed, they don’t really compete. We found ourselves missing our time here and wish we had stayed longer. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay a truly memorable one.
