Swimming pool not heated enough- Too cold. No one here with the authority to warm it up to $300 a night room pool temp. Pool feels like Motel 6 pool. Pool, and Hot tubs closed and locked at 8pm! "Winters hours"- doesn't help us. Spa and massage closed at 5pm.

Such a nice place to spend the holidays. The lobby was home to a huge gorgeous tree, Santa, Mickey and Minnie after 4pm . There were also peppermint sugar cookies and cider. We chose a standard room and prayed for a decent view. We requested a high floor on zebra trail. It was perfect for viewing animals. Everyday we saw...

We have been eating at Bombay for a few years when we have visited Disney World. We have always enjoyed the approach going through the fabulous lobby. It is amazing. And of course, it is wonderful to go out on the grounds and view many of the animals from a distance in back of the lodge. I have never stayed...

Did not expect a room with Savannah view, but had one. Had requested near elevator and high floor, so that is possibly why. Highly recommend requesting room near elevator as the walking takes a toll, and we seemed to be located nearer the lobby. Hotel levels important to know; 1 is pool, Boma, the Mara, 3 is lobby, 4 is...

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The first thing we did when we checked into our room is to go out and look for animals. There were no animals to be seen. We were in front of a water hole 3/4 of the way down the zebra trail and based on all the reviews I thought we would be...

Do it right and get a room with a view of the animals. Unfortunately expect long shuttle waits to the parks which can get frustrating considering other WDW hotels offer more frequent shuttles. The rooms are small and dark.

This hotel is fantastic. The theming is perfect, our girls (6&9 at the time) loved it. We had a savannah view room and I thought it was worth paying the extra, being able to walk out onto the balcony in the moning and watching the giraffes being fed was amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always have...

So far this is my favorite Disney hotel! I love everything about it, from the second you step into the lobby. We went in December so they had everything decorated and it just adds to the experience. They have a ton of stuff for the kids to do around the hotel and of course the animals. I would definitely recommend...

My husband, son and I went to the Animal Kingdom prior to our cruise. We picked the hotel because it looked nice and fun for kids. When we got there at 1:30pm we were told our room would be ready at 3:00 or earlier so we went with our bags to the pool. Three o'clock comes, then 3:30pm but no...
