Nice hotel, room was good size with a good view, great service and the employees were outstanding. The pool area, complete with a suspension bridge and some "caves" for the kids to play was just perfect. Close to the park and dining, I would recommend.

Very impressed with the staff, room, TV, Shower, Dining Room etc. Great Value for a Disney Resort close to the Parks. It’s only an Uber away. Stayed here many years ago and boy what an improvement since then

I would suggest to call the Hotel directly and ask for the Concierge. We took it once in the morning to Universal. But you can also schedule one with 24 hours notice. It’s part of their Resort service.
