Coming to the Hyatt Regency Orlando is like coming Home. From Todd at the Front Door, to Debra at the Front Desk and Sherri HArris and Jeff Perrin in Sales, it's more like a family reunion than a work trip. They will treat you like family too -- try it and see.
Absolutely loved this property. Upscale, modern, clean. Rooms are fantastic. Self parking was so far and rather sketchy - my only negative. Wish there was an indoor walkway to them. Pool area is phenomenal. I stayed at the Grand Cypress Property and still prefer this one. The valet was super helpful when I could not find the latch for my rented convertible roof, he knew exactly where it was. I would not recommend this property for those with children - the Grand Cypress would be perfect. We had an enviable pool area view
My husband & I had a really nice weekend. Highlight: great staff! Con:it's large with 2 towers & multiple elevators expedite moving people but u may have to use multiple elevators to get where u want to be. For example, to get from our 18th floor suite to 26th floor Regency Club involved going down to 3rd floor switching elevators & going up to 26th. I still give 5 stars because it was very nice & all staff from valets to checkin & out to maid service to Regency Club staff were fantastic! It was so great to see a Club lounge open & run nicely. Highlight: lots of gluten free & vegetarian options as well as meats, chesses & fish. It was kept clean & food items refilled quickly. Con: I've never seen $6 charge in a club loung for pouring yourself beer or wine & no other alcohol offered.…
This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms were clean and quiet. As this is a high end hotel, I should have expected such. The room was comfortable, including the bed. Assistance to receive a blanket was prompt and the blanket was a comforter, which was exactly what I needed for the weight I needed.
From check-in to check-out it was a delight to stay at this hotel. The entire staff’s mission seemed to be to help us have the best weekend possible. Rooms were impeccable. Service outstanding. Will definitely make this my go to hotel in Orlando for family and/or business trips. Location is 10/10
Do NOT valet your car at this hotel. The valet damaged my car and the hotel is hiding behind their insurance company versus standing behind their valets error and covering the cost of the damage. Amazing Hyatt is willing to lose a loyal personal and business customer over 550 dollars of damage. As far as the hotel, I would only stay here if you were at a conference. It is hectic with conference attendees so it’s not a great family hotel. The various Loews hotels up the street or the Hilton down the street is a much better family option.
The staff at the B-Line Diner was kind and attentive. Mohammed is a gem! The Market is a great option, and is wonderfully convenient. I would like to recommend that The Rock extend earlier hours, as the B-Line Diner is not conducive to Business meetings.
This is a stunning hotel with many dining options on premises. There is the great Rock bar that was pretty busy most nights due to the many conferences going on. The Market and B-Line cafe both deliver room service (the pizza at the Market and the Ruben with fries at the B-Line were remarkable). It was a very short walk under the palm trees to restaurants off site - we tried The Pub and it was great! I didn't get a chance to try out the heated pool or spa but I want to return with my family for a more relaxing time. It was a reasonable uber ride to other places (Universal was only 20 min away). You could stay in this hotel your whole stay and have an awesome time! The beds were comfortable the water in the showers is hot and stays that way. A very luxurious hotel!
Stayed here for a conference and found the hotel to be great. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were exceptional. The location is great whether you are at the convention center attached to the hotel or at the Orlando Convention center. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and no noise at all. Would recommend staying here every time.
Having stayed at Hyatt Regency Orlando on several occasions, my latest stay did not disappoint. The staff, service, room, and facility have always been top tier. Considering the size of this hotel, the large number of guests who come and go each day, and the number of staff it takes to run a 24/7/365 operation like this, they do an exceptional job. The consistency and high-level service with which the Hyatt team members at this hotel delivery, is the number one reason I keep coming back. Kudos Hyatt Team, great job - Thank you!
