Enough people have given all the wonderful reasons to stay at this resort and we agree with all of them. Here are some suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. True, because of the way the resort is built if you are at the far end of Kidani Village Resort you will indeed have a long walk to Jambo House...

Being new DVC owners at Animal Kingdom Villas, we were very anxiously awaiting our first stay. We travel as a large family of 8, and because of that we prefer a 2-bedroom villa. We also decided to splurge on our first stay and reserve a Sunset Savanna view room. First, I will cover the positives...the views from the room balconies...

We LOVE Kidani -- it's quiet, beautiful, and the animals are gorgeous to watch. The downside is the VERY long walk to the lobby. That is mitigated somewhat with parking directly under the villas, but if you want to head there, it takes a second thought. One of my kids favorite things to do is get a "free" movie rental...

We truly had a wonderful 3 night stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani. It was just a perfect hotel to stay at to end our Thanksgiving holiday week at Walt Disney World. Although we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Floridian as well and Bay Lake Contemporary not so much, AK Lodge is very different- very original! We loved it!...

We spent the week in the Kidani Villas a 3 bedroom Grand Villa with a Savanna view, and it was wonderful! It was my parent's 45th anniversary trip so there were 10 of us, and this 3 bedroom villa was perfect, there are 4 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, oh, plus a table that sat...

We saw more animals from our hotel than in the Animal Kingdom Park! The unit we were in was spacious, well appointed and what a gorgeous view we woke up to! Couldn't ask for more! Our unit has a huge balcony, full kitchen with full fridge and a laundry room. The 3 full bathrooms sure helped 4 of us get...

We have a one bedroom suite and per usual Disney thought of everything. We have two kids and there was a pull out couch and a pull out chair so the boys didn't have to share a bed. There is a full kitchen (including an oven) and we recommend using a grocery delivery service. We had a couple of cold,...

We stayed in a two room suite, Savannah view, room 7782 on the 3rd floor. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We are Disney Vacation Members and the resort came highly recommended from a friend. It did not disappoint. Our room was the furthest room from the lobby; we clocked it at .5 miles one way. Good...

Stayed here in a two bedroom villa middle of October. Let me say it was my second choice when Wildness Lodge pool was shut down. No expectations going into this resort but I kept reading how far it was from everything. This could not have been further from the truth. Not sure people's idea of "far" is but I never...

This hotel is AMAZING! Beautifully themed and well maintained. We enjoyed a 2 night stay prior to our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Kidani Village is most (if not all) Vacation Club Villas. We stayed in a studio with a Savanna View. What we didn't know while booking/checking in is that the Savannas all offer different views. The inner circle...
