My wife and I spent a fantastic weekend here. Very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful. Julia and Dinesh are wonderful guides into the world of Ayurveda. We learned and relaxed. Exactly what we were looking for.
My health experience at rasayana was nothing short of transformational. I was diagnosed with severe GERD and gastroparesis and had debilitating migraines. I was already on the ayurvedic path following a prescribed routine but my digestion was not improving a lot due to deep toxins....More

Ah, that's not so easy to figure out from their website. It depends on the program you sign on for, but I think the cabin just by itself is about $175 a night; you can bring your own food as they provide a fridge, dishes, and hotplate. You can get meals with a cooking class (from 11am to 1pm, serving time), but not sure how much extra that is. I did the full program of breakfast, cooking class, and dinner; a full body massage in the afternoon, and meditation once in the evening. I think it worked out to about $600 per day. I was told by a friend that Ayurvedic treatments used to be for royalty, and hence their expense. I haven't confirmed it, but that path is really paved with gold For me, it was like a resort, with acres of peace, beauty and quiet, and I much preferred that to say, a Canyon Ranch. I got very dedicated attention and information specific to me. For me, the best part was the take away; I'm still doing several of the things they taught me; my diet has changed, I use body oil, and I am paying better attention to nurturing myself. I got a lot of special care, and for me, that was well worth the price.
