old property. rooms smell like an old musty bus seat. Take candles to mask the smell. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and helpful and the Older maintenace gentleman was very kind, the other staff were rude and argumentative.
Great place to stay. Rooms are a bit dated, but the rest of the property makes up for it Been visiting there the past 2 years and will continue to stay there. Its a beautiful setting for this area and the entire town is friendly and great
The manager and the staff gives over 100% to make sure that you have or need anything at all. This is a great place located near town and on the pier a bar that many good times are had. I have stayed at many Hotels but this one has a staff that is like family.
Every year a large group of (motorcycle) friends and family gather in Okeechobee as it is central to the state, but more importantly we always stay at Days Inn (formerly Pier II Resort) because the staff is super friendly, professional and accommodating. I'd say that because of their involvement in all the planning and attentive eye throughout the entire weekend festivities ensuring that everything is going great, they've become a part of our annual event and even our biker family. I look forward to this event and venue every year!
I am a diamond member and travel a lot ..I had a reservation at Days Inn in Lake Okeechobee 12/27/20 . I was exhausted and aggravated but LuLu at the front desk was the best . I got royal treatment ..
