Upon getting checked into my room I discovered hair on the floor of the bathroom from a previous guess and the shower was moldy and disgusting. The internet was worthless. When a cockroach ran across the desk while I was sitting there working on my laptop I immediately called my office manager and asked if they could book us in a different hotel. We intended on staying for at least a week while in the area for work but only lasted two nights at this dump.

Room seemed nice when you first walked in but as you checked out kitchen, beds and bathroom, you see why it was negation reviews. They updated the floor and a fresh coat of paint, but the bathroom definitely needs updating, the beds are uncomfortably and outdated and the kitchen area was unappealing. Very dissatisfied and will be reported to Wyndham as a hotel not worth what we paid. They have always been good to us whenever we have a bad experience.

This was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in, had Best Western or Holiday Inn Express had a room available, we would have left. The room was basically clean, however, there was mold growing in the shower, the kitchenette was scary, there was not silverware or dishes, only a one cup coffee maker. There was a broken light bulb in a lamp, the rooms definitely need some serious cleaning and updates! Breakfast was advertised, however we were told at check-in they no longer offer breakfast, just coffee.

Rude owner asked me if I was looking for a four star motel after we had to look at 8-9 rooms before we found one clean enough to stay in. This was the only hotel/motel that had rooms in the area. I now know why. I had to buy my own blanket to sleep under. Sheets were not changed daily or was room cleaned daily. Had a small kitchen in room that was filthy. I do not think they had ever been wiped off. Chair in room was horribly dirty it had stains all over. We paid the week we were staying in cash and unfortunately had to stay 2 more days because we were waiting for some supplies to be delivered. Upon check out...they could not print out the receipt for the 7 days only the extra 2 days. They said they did not know how to use the computer to print it out. Only once did they leave caffeinated coffee, the rest of the time they left decaf. I f we go back to Okeechobee for business I will book earlier at a different hotel. Also the rooms on the internet are not the same ones that are at this hotel/ motel....far from it.…

The room was clean and smell fine, had tile floors, the tile felt clean when I walked on it,the room also had a kitchenette . The check-in and check-out Lady's was nice . Overall I was satisfied with the room .
