First and foremost the little village of Captiva is phenomenal and our cottage was a great location within the village! It was a prime location for the restaurants, convince store, marina and beach. We stayed in the Sunflower cottage, my 10 year old son and I, and it was adequate for us. The interior was clean, yes could use a...

We are local (Cape Coral) and had some friends coming from Ohio the weekend of March 4th. We had stayed here the Saturday after Thanksgiving and everything was great, even got a discount on our room. The location is also very appealing. So we decided this would be a good location to spend time with our friends so we called...

Dear GMJ555, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had this experience. That is not the way we do things here at the inn and the woman you dealt with is no longer employed here. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, helpful customer service and do our absolute best to accommodate our customers to the best of our...

One night stay, mid week with party of 4. Location is great -- easy walk to everything and free parking. Staff was very good -- resolved issues with a smile. But problems with reservation (which was resolved) and just an average experience with the facilities -- the stay was just not worth the high season price.

We have just returned to snowy Indianapolis, after a wonderful vacation to Captiva Island and the Captiva Island Inn Bed and Breakfast. We love this place. It is quaint and is the perfect place to stay. We werein our favorite room, the Lantana Suite, which has a balcony overlooking the village. It is so relaxing and comfortable, and has everything...

We had the BEST Time - Cute little Cottage, the Daisy - perfect for the two of us! We checked in once on the island - took a walk over to the beach, enjoyed a long 4/5 mile (round trip) walk to the end of the island, watched the sunset, dinner (which was ok - nice setting, to bad it...

Place is really charming, nice beds, amenities, all but many things to improve from my point of view. Wifi is poor. Beach services could be improved with better chair and umbrellas. For the rest, all was really good

We absolutely loved the location near the beach and fantastic restaurants like RC Otters across the street! The room we had was Bryanna's room which had a king bed and nice size bathroom. We've never stayed in a bnb, and it was a nice change from the hotel chains. They have bikes to borrow ( no rent fees), beach chairs...

We were fortunate enough to spend four weeks in the honeymoon suite in Celebration House. The suite is vast, and elegantly furnished. There is a living room, bedroom, second living room, walk-in closet room, grand bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. I also glimpsed the apartment on the second floor, and it appeared to be similarly beautifully furnished. The one drawback to...

Captiva is a fun, funky little Island in a really good way, however this 'Inn' is funky in not such a good way. It's nothing like the web site pictures. If you're looking for a nice quiet pool area you can forget about it. Apparently the day we were there was power washing day, I understand that maintenance must be...

we went with our family of 5 (2 kids college aged and 1 in high school-age 16) and stayed in two of the cottages. The cottages were really cute and homey. The place was a great location. My dealings with the staff up front when making the reservation were very pleasant and informative. We had breakfast on the property every...
