Rooms are clean, have everything needed for a stay. If you want to exchange towels you can but just on certain days by 9:30. Laundry is available but it is coin operated. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a full or queen and one with twin beds. There is a pull out sofa but we didn't try it. Our unit was behind the beachfront units but we could cross the street and sit on the pool deck anytime for beachfront views. This stay was between Christmas and New Year's Day. With temperatures ranfing from 60 - 76 .All units seemed to be occupied but the pool area was never crowded. The 4ft deep pool was warm enough to walk in and swim without having to wait for your body to adjust to the pool temperature which was nice.

There is one of my favorite beaches. There is a pool. You have a place with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is ample parking. What more do you need? If you can’t enjoy New Smyrna Waves, then it is your fault, not theirs. They have all the ingredients for a great time.

Great place on the beach with good sand and flat plains for sunbathing and walking. Undiscovered gem and close to several attractions including seeing rocket launches. We really enjoy the local restaurants and the local theater.

The hotel was awesome, very clean from the office to the room. Everything inside the room was clean. and in perfect order. The room comes with everything you might think you need; the hotel has a family atmosphere but is also very quiet. I thank you for making my bday weekend xtra special!!!!!!!!! I enjoy the view and my stayed... I will for sure be back!

Arrived at 11:30 pm after an over 20 hour drive. After waiting on the balcony for 2hours at 1:30 am the maintenance guy finally got the door opened to the unit. The swimming pool was filthy for days we finally cleaned it ourselves

New Smyrna Waves is a comfortable, well-maintained time share. The views and actual beach are right outside your door. The beach is clean, water clear and during mid-week, almost empty. The units have everything you need for your family.

Overall the facility and our room was well cared for, clean, well equipped and had easy access to the beach and the surrounding area attractions. We were there for a couple of days and were very satisfied with the great location on New Smyrna Beach. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The bedding and furniture were comfortable and in very good condition. The kitchen was a welcome addition so we didn't have to eat out every meal. I don't have anything to say bad about the room, facilities or how the place was run. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

I booked this hotel out of necessity because it was the only one available anywhere near the space coast for the first attempt at launching Artemis I - 8/29/22. Boo for fuel leaks and scrubbed launches. Maybe they didn't spend enough money on the project. Luckily we were able to take in a consolation prize of a night launch of the SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket at night. We watched that right from the hotel which was pretty incredible. The night sky lit up like it was morning and we had a clear view of the rocket from the property (Here's a tip, take the extra effort to go down to the beach to view it as close to the water as you dare. There is a condo that blocked the view from the pool area of the hotel.) I was very pleased that we were close enough to KSC to even hear the loud rumble of the rocket several minutes after it had already launched. I was pleased the the amenities and the beach access and the area surrounding the property. It was a much longer drive to KSC than I would have wanted or expected. So if rockets are your main purpose it might warrant a closer stay. Still if that is a secondary objective know that you can have a nice view of any launches while being incredibly convenient. Is it as close as off of the causeway directly across from KSC? No. Can you see the rocket on the launch pad? No. Is it a heck of a lot easier and you don't have to fight traffic and have a private bathroom that you can go to any time you want and plenty of room on the beach to view any launches and just show up right before launch and right afterwards come back to your hotel for a nap while everyone else is fighting 500,000 of their closest friends for the privilege of using one of only like 3 roads that leave the Titusville area? Yes. Oh and the hotel itself was nice well kept, a little dinged up but nothing major. The fact that the second room has two twin beds is really odd to me as is the fact that they ask you to take care of your own trash. …

Been coming here for 13 years same week (31). Always feel welcome by your staff. We like the changes that are made to the resort, always upgrades. Beach and water is beautiful and relaxing, weekends a little crowded, week days not. Love this area, thanks.

The resort was great and close to the beach. They have charcoal grills and utensils already there for you to use. The grocery store is close to the resort. Lynn's scuba adventure is close and great for those who like to scuba dive and Parasailing was great and close as well.
