The owner was incredibly friendly and informed us of the areas events. Was knowledge about the area and gave good suggestions. Was clean and affordable as well. The owner lives on property so he was available for any need we had and the room service was prompt and polite. We will definitely visit again if we come to New Smyrna Beach. Also don't forget to try Pappas drive in kitchen across the street. Was delicious.

I stayed at the Nocturne suing race week. I was very impressed with the owner and his wife. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. It’s like walking back in the 60’s with the owners making you feel as if you’ve known them forever. Great restaurants surrounding the motel. I definitely plan on staying there again. Carlee 0

This was by far the best service we have ever recieved at any overnight stay anywhere. The owner, Rick is military, and is the most personable, friendly guy. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, including turning the heat on in the room before we arrived amd putting us om the sunny side of the motel. Amazing service, very clean rooms, and at a very reasonable rate!! My wife and I will definitely be back! You can't get this kind of service anywhere these days! Thank you, Rick!!!!! 11/10

My family and I stayed at this hotel during the very busy winter season in New Smyrna. The place was very clean, had some recent renovations done also. The owner was very nice and pleasant, gave us ideas on things to do and places to go in NSB. It is really close to everything, free Wi-Fi, free parking. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in our room also. I would definitely stay here again. This is local, veteran owned hotel!

A very involved manager, helpful and informative. Old school but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Bonus: covered parking. The ice machine is set to fill a cooler. Quiet and reasonable.

Neat, clean room and bathroom. Microwave and mini fridge in the room - nice touch: fridge gets extremely cold. Covered parking, another nice touch. Coin-operated ice machine, quarters provided by owner. Plenty of closet space. Comfy beds. Hot water in the shower. Close to shopping and dining and short drive to Washington/Flagler. Will definitely return!

I stayed for a night, the owner is a nice guy who serve everything what i need.the room was not to more space but it was clean ,air condition was new. the signal of the internet was poor since it was obstructed by ply wood protecting the IRMA hurricane

Rick is very welcoming, and Emma very helpful. The rooms are very clean, new beds and It's like having your own efficiency. Has a microwave and frig. Not far from beach, near great restaurants. I'll be back!

The rooms were very clean and the hospitality was amazing anything i needed they were they to accommodate me. Shops and restaurants are close. Night life is right down the street no more than a 5 min drive which was very convient. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends.

20 unit facility in an older run down part of town, but it was cheap, quiet, and had comfortable beds. Ice machine was not working, room had refrig and microwave in it, and coffee available in the office. Only toiletries offered was bar soap, you'll need to bring your own shampoo.
