There were soooo many plusses at the Inn. Staff (Carol), Hospitality, Location, Parking. Don’t forget to wander over to Canal Street. Another delight with emphasis on Art. Will return to New Smyrna Beach soon to explore more of area!!!!!!
Great location in walking distance to all amenities and an incredible beach. Friendly management team who made every effort to make sure the guests were taken care of and every need was met. Delicious breakfasts served with a smile by Angie and Carol!
Beautiful and charming bed and breakfast with great and friendly hospitality. Breakfast was amazing! Steps from all the restaurants, sights, and the beach. Parking on site is a huge plus. We stayed for the weekend as I was running the local half marathon. Highly recommended!
We stayed at the Inn while in town visiting family. The Inn was wonderfully situated on Flagler Avenue, convenient to beaches and restaurants; the innkeepers were helpful and friendly; parking was included at the rear of the Inn, with easy access; the room was cozy with everything we needed; and the breakfasts were spectacular! I would welcome the opportunity to return!
One of the few real B&Bs, with a great breakfast. I was surprised to learn the building was new because it fits in so well with the charming beach town ambiance of Flagler street. The beach is just a short walk, along with shops and restaurants. There’s a balcony overlooking the street. The property is is charming and clean and the hosts are friendly and kind, and do all they can to make the stay pleasant. Hand done art decorates the walls. We were in the Lighthouse Room which has two double beds and a full bath. We peeked in the other rooms—the Mermaid Suite has a Jacuzzi tub!
This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach. We found This lovely B&B online, and booked the Mermaid Suite for my wife’s birthday. What a charming and welcoming place. We were greeted warmly and provided with excellent sangria and snacks. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We felt right at home. We cannot say enough great things about Carol and Angie, the Innkeepers and hosts. Not only are they among the nicest folks we’ve met on our travel journeys, but they went out of their way to make gluten-free breakfasts for my wife three straight mornings. They were delicious.
Awesome weekend getaway for a wedding in NSB just days after hurricane Ian passed through the area. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the eggs Benedict and the bananas foster pancakes! Yum! The location was fantastic, close to the beach and wedding venue. We can't wait to plan another getaway.
Thank you Angie and Carol for a wonderful 2-day anniversary stay—our first time at a bed & breakfast. Everywhere we looked—whether it was our room, or the hallways, even the outdoor porch areas—were not just surface-cleaned, but truly DEEP cleaned with care and attention. (Definitely not like your typical chain hotel or motel.) You were both very attentive, yet giving us privacy; and the short walk to the beach, shops, and places to eat made everything perfect. We will recommend your Inn to many others.
The art and creativity leads to the ambiance here. The very special Ladies that were our hosts made our stay very memorable. This spot is just a few blocks from the ocean and right in the center of Flagler Avenue’s shopping and dining. People watching from the balcony with sangria was a bonus and the breakfast was delightful, delicious, and oh so fun! Have booked a second visit and look forward to making many more memories!
This is our second stay here, we LOVE the Inn on the Avenue!! Restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach are right out the front door. One of the draws for us is the free breakfast they serve. Carol and Angie cooked and served us the most delicious breakfast. There are also two griddles built in to the large dining room table where you can make your own pancakes with all the ‘fixins. The Inn is decorated so beautifully in the most inviting Floridian colors! It is the cleanest, most friendly place we’ve stayed. Carol, the hostess/manager couldn’t be more accommodating, anything you need, she’s right there! Ask her to belt out a song, you’d think she sang on Broadway!!!! We will continue to come back.
