Ditto the other reviews. A few other comments: - Avoid the rooms next to the breakfast area (I think room numbers 101-103). One of those rooms' door is right where everyone gets their coffee and bagels! Call the hotel and check before you accept the room. (We were on the other side of the pool, so no problem for us)....

We came down at the last minute for a funeral. We had booked online at a local chain motel but when we got there they closed down due to an electrical emergency and left us without rooms and no help - during high season. What at first seemed like a disaster turned into a blessing when we ended up at...

This little Motel has a friendly and helpful staff that keep the rooms clean and in proper condition. The rooms are nicely situated around a small pool area and garden, which gives it a lovely atmosphere. Air cons in the rooms are very loud, and gives it a bit of a musty smell, but we didn't think this was to...

Nothing wrong with 'em that we can see, don't need any as it's so warm. Other than that we would just echo what every other reviewer has said - decent clean motel, OK breakfast, good beds, convenient location, bit of noise in vicinity, etc.

I love this place and this is my second stay. The only place I can afford during busy season and cutting costs does not mean loosing quality. Rooms are clean, come with a fridge and Microwave, they are smoke free, and the beds are really comfortable. My Girlfriend and I enjoy sitting in the screen in Patios. The management has...

The hotel is very clean, good location, easy and convienent parking, nice staff, and great pool. The breakfast is not much at all so I didn't eat it. The only down side was a musty smell in my room but it's common thing in Florida. I left the ceiling fan on with window open and it was fine. I would...

Rooms are OK, staff is friendly, but the big advantage of this place is its location: just 2 blocks from the very center of town. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but there is no breakfast area. When the weather is nice, you can sit next to the pool.

A friendly, helpful staff checked us in and looked for the location of one restaurant they had not heard of. The place has a central courtyard with tropical plantings and a gazebo, pastel colored outdoor furniture a pool, flower names for the rooms, and about half the rooms have screened-in porches facing the coutyard. The rooms themselves are not cookie-cutter...

Absolutely darling little motel. I wanted to be close to 5th Ave. and the beach. I am a runner, everymorning (January 11) I would get up, go for my run to the beach. My return run would be right up 5th Ave. for a coffee and the paper. Then back to my darling Lemon Tree Inn. I LOVED that little...

This small hotel is convenient to downtown Naples, well appointed and very clean, landscaping is impressive. The downside is a very bland breakfast of average coffee and packaged sugary muffins. The other problem is that half the rooms back up to an alley, cars are parked against your hotel room wall and when folks come and go you know about...
