Hotel is located right off of I-75, about 12 minutes from the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Plenty of dining options nearby, target super-center, walmart and Publix within a few minutes drive. Highly recommend!!
Stayed here as a stopping point on the way to the Keys. Hotel is located just off the interstate and getting on and off wasn’t hard at all. As always the beds were comfortable. Hampton Inn really does have the best beds! Shower was hot and plenty of water pressure. Due to COVID breakfast wasn’t what it normal is but it’s not the hotels fault they are taking safety precautions and they do still serve breakfast just modified. Would recommend staying here. Best part was it was only for miles from my friend I met at Space Camp many years ago, so we got to visit for a little while.
Pretty much your typical Hampton but on a lower level. The outside is very dated looking but the location is great. Right off the I-75 with lots of restaurants and a Publix within minutes. The rooms and hallways have been recently updated. There were new carpets and furniture and the bathroom was updated. Although the bed was comfortable it had the worst pillows Ive ever seen. They were very small and provided no support. They still provided a hot breakfast but it is no longer self serve. They had waffles and two hot options. Unfortunately the eggs and meat were inedible. They didn't have any fruit, just yogurt and a peach smoothie which was pretty good. Don't expect much. None of the employees here were overly friendly, just there doing their job. Definitely have stayed at nicer Hamptons.…
As soon as we arrived we were treated by Reneé, who was very hospitable. Very relaxing and accommodating with our needs. The room was very clean and it was beautiful, we just loved it. The next morning we went downstairs to have breakfast and Debora and she was just the best, such a nice kind person helped us with everything we needed. Then there was Jeff who made our day he helped us so much by directing us to the best open spots in Naples. Now the best thing about this experience was the cheerful energy we could feel among these people and even if they were all wearing a mask you could see their smile because their eyes smiled. Thank you again and we will be back soon definitely.
This is a good hotel with a great location for my purposes. The staff is very professional and the room was very adequate for my stay. The breakfast buffet was really good. I'd have no problem staying there the next time I visit Naples.
