Naples Grande Beach Resort garners appreciation from guests for its prime location and scenic views, situated conveniently close to beaches and local attractions. The hotel's ambiance is generally seen as welcoming, with clean and comfortable communal spaces, although some guests suggest that certain areas could benefit from modernization. While the spaciousness of the rooms is a highlight for many travelers, there is feedback pointing to their outdated condition and the need for maintenance.
The staff's friendliness is often mentioned, yet service consistency and response times have room for improvement. Despite the beautiful grounds and range of amenities, guests note that the value proposition is diminished by high costs and additional fees.

The resort is very well located to enjoy the beach all day. The service is very good, sun loungers and towels are free of charge, umbrellas are charged US$18 per day, sand is white and fine as talcum powder. The sea is very calm, really a very good beach option. Bring insect repellent, the beach is reached by a beautiful path between mangroves. The rooms are impeccable, as is the replacement of a daily bottle of water for each guest, tea and coffee. It has a refrigerator in each room. The problem we found was the concierge, who does not speak Spanish, we do but she still did not feel inspired to advise us at all, the tip in hand would have been inspiring as we later saw in an American... and the administrative sector leaves Much to be desired, 24 hours before leaving they sent us a notice that they deactivated our access cards due to a rejected credit card charge, with surprise I went to verify, I gave him another one and we solved it but... young Ben He forgot to register it and that same afternoon they told me again that I couldn't enter.... but what happened? They were charging me for parking a car that never existed, thanks to my anger at what was happening I checked all the charges, I had a little more than US$250 that I did not have to pay. Genia, the Mexican who is in charge of Room Service, helped us choose restaurants and activities, so the administration should think about what maybe she would be a good concierge for Spanish speakers.

I have so many great things to say about this place. It is lovely. The staff is wonderful, warm, and helpful. The location and facilities are great. Self parking is easy and reasonable. We have parents in the area and go to Naples often so have stayed in many resorts in the area. Id have to say this is now my favorite. We booked a relatively inexpensive room (not the nicest view, and not the nicest room) and it was GREAT for the price. We were actually near the elevators, usually a really bad experience in most hotels, and it was not an issue at all. Speaking of elevators, a pet peeve of mine is having to wait 10 minutes for a lift: not an issue here. The hotel has 16 floors so I thought it would be a problem, but it was not. While our room could use some updating (we had a sort of old fashioned jet tub, the sliding door to the deck was metal and bumped along unevenly and the dresser had chips) the room was nice. The beds comfy. The carpet wasn't gross (this is high praise for hotel room carpet which is generally gross: I prefer no carpet). The room was clean (I can usually find dust). The bathroom had lots of new, light and fluffy towels. The hotel is not on the beach. It is separated from the beach by a mangrove, so there is a shuttle that takes you there. It's about 5 mins on the shuttle or 15 mins if you walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The beach is lovely and the adventure of getting there is sort of enjoyable. I liked that the beach with the mangrove growth, felt a bit more authentic without skyscraper after skyscraper lining the sand. There are two pools, a family pool with a zero entry for little ones and a really fun slide. There is an adult pool area as well..I am sure it would be appreciated by someone who wanted peace and quiet. It's great that they offer both. They are separated by a restaurant that was always filled with happy looking people. The gym was large enough that I never had to wait for equipment, offered tons of towels and lots of wipes (this is so great when you watch some jerk drip his sweat all over the treadmill, then swagger out of the gym...eww).
A review that says only great things is almost never real, so if I had to make some critiques that would be that the gym cardio equipment could use upgrades/updates: the software is really old. Some items in my room could have been updated, as well, but again I booked a low end room just to see how "bad" it can be. I had many options to book a nicer room and will do so next time. Really am looking forward to going back.

Your experience at Naples Grande Beach Resort captures so much of what makes a stay here special. From the warm hospitality of the team to the thoughtful amenities, it is wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed your visit. The balance of family-friendly and adult-only spaces, along with the unique journey through the mangroves to the beach, adds to the charm of the resort. It is great to know that your room provided comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere near the elevators, something that can often be a concern. Your feedback on the gym equipment and room features is truly appreciated, as we are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. Knowing that this has become your favorite resort in Naples means a great deal, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay, perhaps in one of the upgraded rooms next time!

Just getting back from a five night stay at Naples Grande. My husband, daughter and I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone. The property was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing inside, had plenty of food options even though one restaurant was closed down to revamp the menu, staff was exceptionally kind and rooms were spacious and all had balconies. The golf cart trams that take you back and forth to the beach were always available within minutes, the main pool was such a hit with my daughter with the water slide, and it was a close drive to anything you wanted to do in the area. Cabanas and umbrellas was a really reasonable price to rent on the beach each day if you wanted/needed more than just a lounge chair and the staff comes and sets it all up for you. I filled out a quick survey when connecting to the internet on our last day and just mentioned how the slider door to our balcony was stuck and hard to open - not thinking anyone was going to read it anytime soon - and within minutes I got a text from the front desk letting me know they were sending someone from their engineering team to come and fix it. Sure enough, within an hour someone came up and sprayed it and it worked much better. I do know it’s the low season right now and the resort was not crowded, but I don’t doubt the staff would work just as hard to be just as accommodating at peak times. I would definitely return!!!!

I got ripped off, worth $759 for 3 nights paid over $1400. Lousy service and deception. I was discriminated against for being a tourist and I was charged for everything. Parking was free and they charged me $120 plus taxes, bedroom toilet that they never did $40 per toilet $120 plus, after taxes. Then other total charges almost $600 or I understood nothing. A mockery, high-handed one who claimed to be a manager. Bad service. In the end he refuses to give me an invoice. In other words, taxes are charged or they do not give a bill. I was going on business to bill my Company. Resort NADA. Just a scam.

I was placed in an accessible room #425 upon arrival. It was great to have a room right away, but as I learned that night the desk light was broken, the heat did not work, there was no blanket so I was freezing in my room following a day of freezing in the conference room. The shower head needs a fix so it will stay in place so a person without a wheelchair can stand up, hands free. My stay was very uncomfortable, but fortunately only one night. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel in a great location, the staff was lovely.

My experience at this resort was second to none. We had a construction industry event here in late October for about 4 days. The staff here is on top of everything. The resort is very clean and modern. All the bars and restaurants onsite have wonderful food and drinks, served by very responsive staff. The pool is really nice with two options, an adult only pool and one for families, which I've never seen that before - they were two completely different pool structures and areas. The walkway down to the ocean is really pretty as it weaves thru the mangroves - you can either walk the .5 miles or catch a golf cart shuttle that you can catch about every 5 minutes. This leads you to a private beach area that is pristine, with full restaurant and bathroom amenities. With rampant inflation these days, everything seems so expensive and I must say, you really get what you pay for at this resort, unlike other hotels that are not much less expensive. The Naples Grande was a great value. The rooms were clean and nice. Mine had a great view of the ocean from the 10th floor. Their conference center is really versatile and performed well for all of our events. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Naples Florida on a personal vacation or are looking to book a large conference style gathering.

Overall nice property, was there for a work trip therefore the room rate was discounted, If I were traveling for vacation I would not pay the non-discounted rate for the quality of the hotel. The rooms were nice but oddly positioned so if you're on the balcony and look far one way or another you could possibly see into another room. Water pressure in the shower was poor.

the worst hotel of my life. After a year of work, I decided with my partner and my little dog to take a holiday. After various searches we opted for the Naples Grande resort, because according to Booking this hotel is pet friendly. So let's start from the rooms, furnished in 90s style with an impassable balcony, the railings are so thin that my dog would have passed through them and fallen down (in fact on the window there is a sticker with the words "do not leave children unattended monitored outside on the balcony “). Then I don't understand how this place can be defined as a resort, it has 2 small and not at all beautiful swimming pools. the pool bar closes at 7. on Booking it said it had 5 restaurants, I saw 2, maybe. Honestly, I have traveled in my life and this is not a 4 star facility, perhaps 3 stars and considering that it is low season here in Naples, paying more than 300 dollars per night is not acceptable. But the worst thing is that this hotel claims to be “Pet friendly”, but clearly it is not. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in with the dogs present. after 2 days of stay they called us at 11.30 in the evening to tell us that they would charge us $250 for the dog. I understand that they may ask for a higher price for dog, but why call us at 11.30 at night? Then the hotel says it is petfriendly, but the dog is not allowed on the beach, it is not allowed in the pool. When we pointed this out to the hotel reception, we were told it wasn't their problem. That if we wanted to stay with the dog, we had to stay in the room and make sure the dog didn't make the slightest noise. the staff was rude and not at all helpful. Every time we spoke to some of the staff they were rude and responded with things like “It's not my problem”. honestly this resort is the worst I have been to in my entire life. I understand that not everyone loves animals, but don't write about being "Pet friendly". because honestly you ruined my holiday, I could have chosen other "truly pet friendly" hotels. And don't waste money, because people work hard a year to get a decent holiday.

Roberta, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. It's incredibly disappointing that what should have been a relaxing holiday turned out to be so stressful. Your feedback is deeply concerning. The situation with late-night call regarding the pet fee and the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. Your comments highlight areas that need immediate attention and improvement. Rest assured, these issues will be addressed with the Management Team to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience. Your vacation time is precious, and it's unfortunate that we did not provide the quality and care you deserved. Thank you for your candid review, and we sincerely hope you will allow us another chance to improve your impression and restore your trust.

We had maintenance in our room three days out of five. Our room was the signature suite and we had the following issues paying over $700 per night. Completely unacceptable!
Bathrooom fan hanging from the ceiling not connected. Electrical device not connected to the wall. Doors to patio wouldn’t close. Tub filled up with water ten inches when showering. No hot water for showers one evening. Carpet smelled musty
There was always something and it was very disappointing given the amount of money we spent for poor quality. We will not return.

Attended a meeting here Jan 2023. The sleeping rooms were nice with a spacious shower and separate soaking tub. One morning there was no hot water for my shower. The continental breakfast at the meeting was only fair though the lunches were very good and room service was quick and food was tasty. The meeting rooms were average. The WiFi was hit and miss which impeded some of our committee work. The boardwalk to the beach was lovely and the beach was beautiful. I did take time for the spa…My massage (the signature “muscle melt”) was excellent. The spa facilities were mediocre. The women’s locker room was small and crowded though the staff worked very diligently to turn over and clean the showers and bathrooms quickly. Other patrons were talking loudly in the meditation lounge and though several staff walked through none reminded those inconsiderate people of the policy. Unfortunately it was cool outside and there really wasn’t another indoor space the couple who wanted to converse could go.

The Villas definitely offer greater privacy and quiet. I have never stayed in one but I visited friends who stayed in different villas. They were very nice and well appointed, well equipped. Parking is certainly closer, too, if you don't mind your vehicle being out in the elements.
Honestly I don’t know the answer. We were on the side of the hotel. The view was limited. I would caution you to ask for the prices of any rooms because they vary greatly and they will up charge you for the view.
There are more places to choose from in the Naples area.
