Nestled close to the beach and downtown attractions, Best Western Naples Inn & Suites garners appreciation for its prime location and beautiful grounds, including lively pools and tranquil koi streams. However, guests have offered mixed feedback; while the cleanliness of the rooms is often lauded, some visitors have pointed out inconsistencies and unmet expectations regarding room conditions and amenities.
The service receives both praise and criticism, with cleanliness highlighted positively but the breakfast service and staff responsiveness occasionally falling short. Despite the charm, value concerns persist, as some travelers feel the experience does not justify the cost.

What a pleasant oasis in the bustle of Naples this Best Western affords! We pulled off busy 9th Street on a mid week afternoon and checked into a clean and comfortable room on the second floor of a two story main complex. There is a larger building behind the main structure that was undergoing renovations during our several day stay. A private balcony was attached to our room and it provided a secluded, and cozy overlook of the pools and well attended garden. The gardens had a waterway with sculptures and stocked with Koi. We did not avail ourselves of the pools but they seemed clean and kept after. Each morning a worthy breakfast was served by the pool which included continental choices as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, etc. For fine Italian dining we highly recommend the adjacent Bellini's. The service is white tablecloth and the food is quite good, and our business casual attire seemed more than satisfactory. From our balcony during the day and evening you could scarcely notice sight or sound of the busy road nearby.
Our room sported a comfortable king bed, internet access, cable, refrigerator and room to maneuver. The bathroom was roomy with good hot water and water pressure. Our only small gripe was the lack of a secure safe in our room. This hotel is convenient to Naples Botanical Garden, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, shopping, restaurants and of course some lovely Gulf beaches. May we suggest Lowdermilk Beach Park, a lovely white sand beach with a snack shack with umbrella and kayak rentals and bathroom facilities located a little more than a mile from this Best Western. And the best thing is that the hotel provides free shuttle service for drop off and pickup at 9am, Noon and 3pm so you don't need to hassle with the limited, paid parking.
This was a very pleasant and memorable stop on our recent South Florida getaway and we would be remiss to not mention the attention and outstanding customer service provided by Best Western's Jason Arndt and James McKennon while we were there.

We loved our suite with a desk, sofa, chairs and our two bed bedroom. The furniture was old and a bit worn but that made it feel homey and comfortable. The two pools are pretty and the landscaping, with a plethora of sculptures and statues, is lovely. A stream with carp runs through the the grounds with and it's like a small refuge in the center of a big and very expensive city.

Over all, our stay was great, the room was really clean and also the pools. Breakfast was the negative part of our trip with difference, really poor, they ran out of yogurt really fast and did not refill it, and the staff was not helpful, at the point we refused to go for breakfast the day of our departure. It is something I think they would improve, taking into account the amount of money they charge for a room with “breakfast” included. But, other than that, we would really recommend the Hotel

We reserved an apartment. The kitchen has the sink dirty with rest of food from the guests were there before. Previously, there were enough pots and lids in the kitchen. Previously the kitchen had enough pots with lids but there are 1-2 pots and a large lid. There is no bottled opener so bring one! All utensils were dirty. There are cockroach poop in the kitchen cabinets, so you have to wash everything very well before using them! We decided to buy disposable plates and glasses bc it was disgusting to use those utensils. The skin faucet made a Loud Noise when you opened it, so if someone was sleeping, don’t open the faucet! The AC room was extremely dirty from the floor to the top! The AC doors with visible dust! In the bathroom: the bathtub curtain dirty and w mold. The shower faucet, defective. The walls and skirting board Full of dust! The bathroom cabinet? Don’t even open them, dirty and with cockroaches poop as well! No one clean any of this in Months or more than that! There is a smell of urine even though the toilet looks clean. If you think that we had enough, when we made the check out the receipt showed several purchases of items that the hotel sells at the front desk that we had never made! When we asked the Gentleman about all those items in our room account, he behaved rudely, telling us that any of the items were charged to our credit card and he tore up the receipt to the garbage and printed another receipt! But the point was how they put all the purchases to our room number if every time someone buy something they ask for the Room number… Resuming, our suggestion is Read all Reviews before booking at this property, the relatively cheap prices they offer are because they lack services such as enough people to clean, rudeness when you claimed for something wrong and lack of control over the things that the guests buy or do. We couldn’t leave before bc we made the reservation at the last minute and it was non refundable..;(

Hotel with Motel character. We really liked that you could park the car in front of the room without any problems. We really liked the "inner courtyard" with pool and beach bar. We also enjoyed the breakfast in this great Out Door area. On the site it still has an upscale Italian restaurant which served us well. We were positively surprised and felt very comfortable. Also the small seat in the beautiful garden in front of the room we really liked.

I had an extended stay at this location and everything was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. The front desk staff, Dominique, Lumby, Leslie and others were extremely polite, helpful and efficient. The manager can be seen walking the property often, and the maintenance staff are ever present making sure the grounds are in order. There is a shuttle to the beach and electric bikes are available as well. I would highly recommend this location without reservation and would stay here again if the need arrives!

Possibly the most disengaged, charmless guy checked us in. No welcome or enjoy your stay going to waste from his lips. We’d paid extra for a suite as the photos online looked lovely. Don’t be fooled by photos, our suite was nothing like them and was absolutely filthy. Dirty, ripped carpets, ripped, tired furniture and a dirty, mouldy bathroom. We rang the front desk to ask to be moved and got through to Mr Charmless himself. When I mentioned the dirty carpets he announced that all suites had carpets. I told him that we weren’t adverse to carpets as long as they were clean. When I was talking to him I noticed that the room telephone was also filthy and sticky. He said he’d move us to another room and someone would bring a key. No apology whatsoever. When the guy arrived with the key, I wanted to show him why we’d complained but either he couldn’t understand or couldn’t care. The second room wasn’t much better but at least the carpet looked like it had been hoovered. We’ve stayed in a wide range of accommodation across America and previously Best Westerns but this place is the absolute worst. Thankfully it’s just for one night. We’ve noticed that all comments are answered, promising feedback to staff and learning to take forward. This is obviously just some utter rubbish spouted by someone who doesn’t actually give a stuff.

Everything was great, we had a king bedroom apartment. The pull out couch was suffice for the kiddos. Kitchen was great and well equipped to make some meals in. It was surprisingly very quiet around the property, and definitely too quiet during breakfast. Which was poolside and lovely, we enjoyed our mornings but perhaps some soft music playing so it’s not so stark quiet. We enjoyed the mini golf as well and the warm cookies at the front desk. Took the hotel shuttle to the beach. The property and rooms were very clean but it’s still very pricey, I get that it’s Naples but closer to the water would be more desirable. The room size was definitely the largest (900sq ft) for the same price at other hotels (3-400sq ft) on the same street. We would stay again!

The absolute best Hotel in Naples. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and the renovated rooms are top notch. The property is beautiful, with two pools, and coy ponds all over the place. The room was immaculate upon arrival, and every time I got service they made sure it was truly clean and refreshed. A true shout out to the staff for making the stay so memorable. You can tell they care about their jobs and the guests who stay with them. I highly recommend this Hotel!
