We spent a delightful week at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples. This is by far the best Ritz Carlton we have ever visited when factoring in the resort property, quality of rooms and the fantastic service. This beautifully maintained resort property allows for joyous walks throughout the day. This was a working vacation for me, but the beautiful views of the golf course made for a great work environment. Even being a non-golfing family I prefer this Ritz Carlton Golf Resort as compared to the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort due to overall beauty of the property. We did spend one day at the Ritz Carlton Naples Beach resort which is a privilege provided to the Golf resort guests. We enjoyed the beach and the great set-up of umbrellas and Lounge chairs. Tracy was great in setting up all of our specific needs and this is one hotel that caters to the guests to allow for a safe and fun vacation. I cannot wait to return to see the hotel once the new outdoor pool is finished. The entire staff we encountered have such a professional approach but at the same time warm and sincere which is a difficult persona to apply consistently across an organization. It was obvious from our stay that this governance structure from the top management has been installed into the entire culture at this wonderful property.…
Nice hotel. Excellent staff. But with pool closed and limited restaurant service, I have to ask what am I paying for? Room was nice but a bit dated. Amenities available at other Ritz a short drive down road, but of course pretty crowded with a second hotel using facilities. Probably will be worth another look once fully reopened but for now, I advise looking elsewhere.
I am here now after staying here several times in the past. I can usually count on a superb experience, however, this time has been below average. The hotel is packed full. The beach and pool areas at the beach resort (only pool access currently) are understaffed and you cannot get food or beverage service. No chairs are available and attendants are unwilling to accommodate. They only run the shuttle once an hour. The room service took and hour and a half to arrive with no apologies. The rooms are bare and no warning on no mini bars or food. The patio while large has zero furniture. I broke a glass in my room and asked for housekeeping to come help clean since I have 3 children with no help and no arrival. We tried to find food on property on NYE and no restaurants could accommodate a walk in reservation. I am platinum elite with Mariott and have never had a worse Mariott experience. …
Never ever have this kind of experience in my life with any hotel. I have a service animal with me, and they said they are not pet friendly, I showed them all my dog’s service animal paper and his ID. And the lady who said she is the manager, don’t even looked at it, and continues call my dog pet!!!! And with very bad attitude. I don’t know what she been through her life, but have someone work in a hotel like this definitely is a disaster.
The food was good , but service was terrible and slow. Asked for things multiple times , even had to get up from table and request for the 5th time. Wanted to sit out on terrace but none of the heat lamps were on , so moved inside which is very pedestrian . Would not recommend
