Great hotel, open space modern and really beautiful. Big rooms, everything is thought with a great design. Receptionist all very friendly! The hotel offers a shuttle to the the clam class park beach which was great - the beach is really a paradise you shouldn’t miss it!

Short stay over a long weekend. The team at the front desk was exceptional. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. As a Hilton Honors Member they even gave us complimentary bottles of water upon check-in. The check-out time is very generous being that it is at noon, very nice touch! Excellent location, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Naples and the famous Naples Pier Beach.The property itself is nice enough but it seems that it needs some updates especially to its elevators and rooms. The room was clean and spacious but the carpets and bathroom finishings definitely look dated and need renovating. The A/C in the room seemed to not be working properly (a huge negative during the scorchingly hot and humid Florida summer). When we would lower the thermostat it seemed that the air just wouldn't blow enough cold air to bring the temperature down to the desired level as a result the room felt hot and humid. This definitely needs to be remedied. Overall the Hilton Naples is a decent property with great service and location but the property needs some work done before it can match the comfort and aesthetic associated with the Hilton brand. 4-stars mostly for the great service and location.

Well-kept hotel; the style in the lobby and rooms is somewhat old-world but generally not dated (although bathrooms could use updating). The front-desk staff members were of high quality. The gym is quite nice and the pool, although fairly large, could benefit from some added greenery and more-attentive cleaning. The attached restaurant, a steakhouse, is okay but expensive, although nearby food options abound (several only a few minutes by foot). Overall, this hotel is a good choice for stays in Naples.

We didnt have the normal time free to research our hotel this time around and went through a travel agent. We could not have been happier with the booking - large, clean and contemporary design in a central location in Naples next to the main shopping areas, with a minibus service taking guests to the beach every 30 mins or so. The restaurant ‘Shula’s Steak House’ is a sports themed restaurant - full of Baseball and other artefacts, the food is excellent, mid to upper price range I’d say, excellent quality. The pool is also excellent, maybe a little on the small side, as is the fully loaded gym. For general awareness, as most travellers to the US will know, nothing is easily walkable, today for example it was 100 degrees and the hostel is on a very busy artery route - so you will need or car or regular use of taxi’s. Would definitely come here again, can recommend.

The Naples Hilton with its stylish lobby, has a cool upscale feel to it. Check in at the front desk, was excellent. Isabella, made sure that all of my needs were met; even following up by sending an e-mail 15 minutes after check in to make sure that the room was up to the Hilton standard.
The room was clean and contemporary styled. It featured an extremely comfortable bed; with high end linen. The bathroom included Crabtree and Evelyn shampoos and lotions which was a major plus. However, I do think that they could have used a better shower curtain.
The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach; although you could easily spend the day just hanging out in their pool area (Drink service was available).
The hotel’s gym featured a mix of Precor treadmills, Peloton stationary bikes, and dumbbell/kettle weights.
Other: Parking garage and upscale dining experience at Shula’s restaurant located in the lobby area.
Overall the hotel is easily a 9/10. You will not be disappointed staying here!!!

The hotel was fine and served our purpose but, unless Hilton makes some improvements, I would not stay here again. This is an expensive hotel but the value doesn't reflect the price. The entire hotel is dated, including the pool. Also, for heavens sake, keep water at the pool area instead of being charged for a cup of ice and water. If you enjoy good coffee in the morning, don't count on the Nescafe coffee machine in the lobby; it's hardly coffee. And, I tried to order a specialty coffee from Shula's but it felt like a herculean effort. Instead, I found 2 wonderful local coffee shops in walking distance of the hotel. The staff was nice enough so no issues in that area.

I arrived at Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, Florida, 34103, United States, on July 19, 2024. The service was terrible. I had booked a room for four people with two queen beds. At check-in, the receptionist said that the room was not available. I argued that we booked and paid for a room for four people, but the receptionist said the best they could do was put us in a room for two people with an extra bed. This would not solve the problem as we were four people, and someone would have to sleep on the floor.
I asked to speak to the supervisor, and the receptionist claimed to be the supervisor. She was extremely disrespectful, saying the problem was ours. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, such as suggesting another hotel in the network or accommodating us comfortably. After almost 30 minutes of confusion at the reception, she explained that there was a system error that sold unavailable rooms.
This lack of preparedness and disrespect is unacceptable for a Hilton hotel, where I have stayed many times. I was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility from the staff member. I hope this complaint helps improve training and service in the future.

Our stay at the Hilton Naples was fantastic, beginning with the warm welcome from Sandra Guardado at the front desk. Her cheerful greeting and kind wishes for our anniversary immediately set a positive tone. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.
The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. While the room itself had a slightly dated feel, it was spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plush robe, the spacious floor plan, and the luxurious rain shower. However, the absolute highlight was the bed and pillows – hands down the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel in a very long time.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown Naples, the mall, Mercado Shopping Center, and the beaches (the Hilton provides an hourly shuttle service and even supplies beach chairs and towels).
I will be returning to Naples soon and will undoubtedly choose to stay at the Hilton again.
