A great room (overlooking the parking lot). Basically a second-floor condo - so why call it a 'cottage'. When we checked in (at the hotel), the first thing she told us was where to put our trash. When we checked out, all he said was 'here's your invoice'. The pools are great, as they should be with a $35/day 'services... More

We had to leave east Florida for the proximity of Hurricane Mathew, and we found this little paradise in Florida's West Coast. Fully equipped apartments located in the property of the Naples Bay Resort, closed to restaurants and fifth Avenue attractions. This is not a time share type of property, which makes it nicer because each owner furnishes their property.... More

Having spent 5 days in Orlando we needed a relaxing week in Naples with good accommodation. Had been nervous given some of the reviews but our accommodation was very modern and very clean. Complimentary shuttle to town/beach with very helpful drivers was very much appreciated. Thank you!

My family, (wife and 2 kids aged 6 and 10), stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage for two weeks from 4-18th August. Although we had been to Florida, (Miami, Sarasota and Orlando), before we have never been to Naples. After a long flight, we flew American airlines from Heathrow to Charlotte and then down to Fort Myers, we arrived at... More

We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, which was well appointed with nice finishing touches. Large and spacious, good size kitchen with large fridge/ freezer offering ample ice and purified water. Each bedroom had its own ensure, the master had a large walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and double sinks. We used the pool facilities which are great for kids... More

The resort itself looks lovely. The staff were generally very kind. The bar in the restaurant is great and we enjoyed breakfast. They have a shuttle to downtown- last pickup 10pm. My issue is that the rooms were not clearly represented. We ended up in an apartment of sorts, down by the pool, which was a 10 minute walk away... More

My husband and I stayed in The Cottages and paid $2,009 for one week - 7 nights. Then, to find out when checking out, we had to pay another $374 in resort fees. We only went to the pool once - adult area - pretty small. We never used the shuttle and it was a pretty long walk to get... More

We were booked in to one of the cottages for ten nights but only stayed one (and wouldn't have done that had it not already been 7pm and my mother was ill). The cottage was dark, dirty. The bedcovers were stained, curtains torn, walls marked and the whole place smelt. We tried to phone reception but the phone was not... More

Absolutely loved this resort. It was quiet when we were there but didn't affect our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic, in photos we were expecting it to be dated but it was actually very high end and high quality. I would of happily slept on the thick lively carpet as it was so thick! !! The apartments were... More

“We didn't see elevators at The Cottages and the units that were 100 were on ground floor and 200 were on second floor....I only mention this because we had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs and climb stairs up and down. No problem for us but might be for someone else. We did not ask about an elevator but we didn't see one.”
