So we stayed in the Treehouse room on the third floor. Arthur's paintings enhanced the rooms airy and bright feel. Although my wife says I'm a Neanderthal when it comes to art, I read a bit, and could identify a painting of Caligula among other more abstract art! Breakfasts were promptly at 9 and all were served while John and...

What a lovely location! The amenities are perfect for a relaxing, quiet stay in Mount Dora. The Inn is a couple blocks from Downtown, so you can leave your car keys in the room! There's plenty to do in the area, so you'll never be bored. The couple that manages the Inn are wonderful, and the food is delicious! Oh,...

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time in this well managed B & B. We stayed in the Olive Room which was intimate and nicely decorated. Our hosts John and Arthur were so personable, we loved that they ate breakfast with the guests. The breakfasts were all delicious and a pleasant surprise every morning. Have John...

We stayed for three nights. The hosts, John and Arthur, are fantastic. The breakfasts served were delicious. Excellent recommendations for dinner were provided. The historic downtown district and the lake are just a short walk from the B&B. The large front porch is a great area to relax and read. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had fantastic...

We love staying at B&B's in Mt Dora and this one was a standout experience. The owners, John and Arthur are lovely people who take great care of the well put together, very clean and modern home. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the center of town. Arthur is a great chef who prepared a unique and...

My wife and I stayed two overnights as an early anniversary get away. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The breakfasts are delicious, and we very much enjoyed Arthur's conversation with both our meals. We stayed in the Treehouse room - very charming. One point - the bed is rather low, and if you have any back issues (as I...

Hello Michael & Ana, Thank you for the kind review. Our breakfast time is really our favorite part of what we do. Sitting down and enjoying a delish breakfast and sharing interesting stories with interesting people such as yourselves. And yes, the Danish modern bed in the Treehouse is a low one. If we weren't full we would of gladly...

We don't often stay at B&B's because my husband is not a fan but John and Arthur, owners of The Adora Inn, may have truly converted him. We were their guests for the Mount Dora Art Show weekend, the inn was completely booked and the town was buzzing with creativity. From the first introduction and welcome, we felt so very...

Innkeepers were very personable and very good cooks. We decided to have a dinner at an extra cost. It was very tasty, as was the two breakfasts. The Inn seemed very clean.
