We love this park, so far. Friendly staff members work hard to keep this park clean and up to date. This is a KOA award-winning park. The camping guests are quite friendly and very helpful. We look forward to living there full time starting in December.

We stayed in this campground when we couldn't get a spot at Avalon. It is a nicer site than Avalon and came with a free hot breakfast, something I had never experienced at a campground. Breakfast was served from 7:30 to 9:30 and we showed up at 8:50. All the hot food was gone and the staff told us that... More

We enjoyed this wonderful campground. Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice amenities, and decent level RV sites with full hookups. Internet not the best but it's free! Pools are clean and inviting on a sunny day. Local markets within 10-15 minute drive and Navarre Beach about 35 min drive. Overall a nice place to stay off Interstate 10.

Such a nice campground with friendly staff. The only thing we could possibly complain about is the standing puddles in our site but it was a downpour as we were packing up so it was to be expected. Besides that, it was super easy to get into and out of, had a gas station right across from the entrance (32'... More

I pulled in after dark. I didn't see a sign in sign so I just went looking for a level spot. Got chewed out and yelled at by a man named Bill on a golf cart. I wasn't allowed to be in the parking area. Most of the KOA camps I have been in you just pick out a spot... More

We stayed here overnight on our way from San Antonio to Miami Florida in our 32 ft 5th wheel. The location was easy to find and to get into. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The route to leave does involve a sharp “U” turn to get back the other direction on I-10 but outside of waiting for a little... More

We stopped here with our RV for the night on the way from Tampa, FL to Houston, TX. The staff were very friendly and the park was clean. The RV sites are large but mostly grass/sand. The large site was nice though since given it was only an overnight stop, I didn't have to unhook. The pool was nice but... More

We weren't planning to stop but were tired and pulled in to see if they had availability around 10 pm. The staff person was friendly and welcoming and personally showed us to our site. The facility was very clean and had lots for my 11-yr-old son to do for entertainment. He didn't want to leave! The free breakfast was simple... More

We stayed at this RV park for several months on our full-time RV journey. This is a nice campground. We liked that there are activities three nights a week. When we stayed there it was October-February. On Monday they offered a meal for $3.50, or a pot luck. On Wednesday is was an Ice Cream Social. On Friday, they offered... More

The camp was OK. The staff very nice and it is a good idea to give free continental breakfast. The name of "De Luxe" Cabins is far away from reality. For the same price you can get much better accommodations in this town. However, our grandchildren expectations were fulfilled just by having the out side BBQ dinner. I suggest some... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Ease your RV into a spacious 100-foot-long pull thru, then stretch out and take a look around. You won't be surprised that the Milton/Gulf Pines KOA is one of the top-ranked campgrounds in Florida. With extensive renovations just completed, it's a super clean, tidy spot. Spend some soothing time in the heated pool. Rent a cozy Kamping Kabin or pitch a tent in the woodsy tent area. Plan a party in the large clubhouse with full kitchen. This campground is a great place to stop for a day (less than a mile from I-10) or to stay for a season. ... more   less
