Note, this is NOT the north rim in Gainesville. It is the south, in Micanopy. This review is specific for the trails in the title. There are other trails and a viewing tower in the south park as well. This combination trail is about 6-8...More

Very picturesque trails. Most paths were very well maintained and in the shade. A little sandy in places. Be sure to visit the observation tower and look for all the wildlife (we saw a herd of wild horses).

We stayed in the campground 4 nights. Loved the wildlife & trails! We were also close enough to Gainesville to do all the things we wanted to do there! Bathrooms we clean. the biking through the forest was fun & a good workout.
