They do offer free shuttle from airport to hotel. And they work with an outside shuttle service from hotel to port for $10 per person. That service is "Stadium Charter Bus". Louis in the owner. His telephone number is (786) 236-9908. I worked directly with Louis and found him to be right on time and reliable. From what I found, $10 per person was the least expensive option. Call Louis in advance to place your reservation with him and then again a day or two before you need him. If your ship is scheduled to deport at 4:00AM, he'll pick you up at the hotel at around 11:30AM
