Stayed one night with two adults and two kids thinking a suite option would offer a more comfortable stay than a traditional room. The second bed was a double fold out couch and there was no bedding in the room. We began our request for bedding in the afternoon and by early evening, had to make three trips down for sheets, then pillows and finally a blanket, once they were done being laundered. It was 10PM by the time we assembled all of this. The front desk staff was also doing double duty dealing with the laundry. Pool was closed, even though neighboring hotel pools were open. Finally, although the room was clean, with just a faint lingering smell from cooking from former occupants, the common areas are in dire need of vacuuming. This hotel would be fine for a couple, but in hindsight, we would probably have been better off in a regular hotel.…
So we had reserved our room here, but then thought we didn't have time to visit. We cancelled with no issues from the property, but then we decided to come after all, so we rebooked. This is a perfect hotel for someone staying long or short-term. They offer a full size fridge, microwave and stove. They do offer dishes and coffeemakers with coffee packets at no charge. However, they don't have creamer or sugar so bring your own. And you can ask to use a broom and dust mop which are no charge. The room is beautifully decorated and not any flaws to the room. I only saw one small hair left on the shower wall when I first inspected the room. The double room with the sofa bed is big enough for six people. There's three lamps in the room, and all of them have two USB plugs so you can charge your devices. The towels are nice and fluffy and big. They do have a pool area right outside of the hotel in the back, but I was told it's closed right now. The pool sitting by itself off to the left when you drive up to the hotel is not the pool for this hotel. They also have elevators, and a small gym with a treadmill and stepper on the 2nd floor. They offer a little basic breakfast of like bagels and stuff like that, til 9:30 am. Most of their parking is in the back or side, but it's well lit and you can access the hotel from locked doors on those sides. You are almost right next to the airport but it's relatively quiet considering. But bring earbuds or sleeping pills just in case you're a super light sleeper. It's actually a really quiet peaceful hotel even with kids. The elevators are large and bright. There's also a laundry area for the guests. The stairwell isn't the prettiest, but not gross like some we've seen at hotels. It's very old, discolored and dingy on the carpeting. Very friendly front desk clerk lady. If you think you need a little extra time to pack up and shower, and all that just, let the front desk know. Highly recommend for really anyone. Just bring your own meals.…
A room on the first floor where you had to be with the curtains and windows hermetically closed ALL the time so that people on the street do not see you, and worst of all, the noise from the Above room does not let you rest. I spent 7 nights requesting a room change without my request being considered
Staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. Room left a lot to be desired. TV remote control did not work on either TV. Shower had a used bar of soap sitting on the soap dish. Room is dated and needs upgrading.
I recently transferred to Miami and chose to stay here while I found a permanent place. Miami Springs is a nice area which was a little surprising considering its proximity to the airport. I stayed here for 3 weeks from mid December to early January 2020. The wifi was good. I did pay an upgrade of I think $20/month for improved internet which I used to play World of Warcraft with no issues The room was nice and clean and of course the weather is great. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for covid, which is understandable. As is the breakfast. There is a Publix nearby in Hialeah and a Walmart super center over by 8th Avenue at the end f the airport. I would definitely stay here again
Stayed for 8 nights. Ideal location if you need to get to the airport at short notice. Hotel itself was newly renovated and just about everything in my room was brand new. Bedding was comfortable and room layout was efficiently planned. All the desk staff were very warm, welcoming and willing to assist from start to finish. Some services were understandably suspended due to covid. No problems at all for parking and the area itself was nice and accessible for food, gas and basic groceries. Also very quiet, not a lot of airport or road traffic noise and a beautiful grounds behind the building for golfing and jogging. I literally cannot ask for more for the price I got. Will definitely come back on my next trip.
We were there temporarily until our electricity was restored from a power outage . My son loves to go swimming so the pool was always available for him. The kitchen in the room was cool. The beds were soft
This is close to airport and it was not very noisy. The transportation was easy and the hotel was clean. The prices in the lobby were a tad too much though. The beds were semi comfortable. I would not stay here more than overnight.
The service it’s horrible, they don’t care about the costomer, they lie all the time about the airport pick up, they make me wait 2 1/2 hours to pick me up Never ever I will use this hotel service or stay in
We got a good price though another online site and now I know why. Two guests were arguing to.the point where 4 cops showed up...twice. The credit card machine was broken. We had plumbing issues with the shower and had a hard time getting the water turn back off. This is not a family environment. Avoid at all costs!
