Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at the Hyatt the night before our flight home. The property and rooms were excellently maintained. Breakfast was not self-service, but the staff gave us everything we asked for. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Very satisfied w the service and stuff parking good over all recomendé for stay any time I want too booked to my next vacation we was 14 members of my family this time and they acomodar all the rooms so every one stays close to the other one nice experience over all

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for medical reasons. The front staff, especially Curt, was very professional. The breakfast buffet was very nice, the kitchen staff was very pleasant, and was using gloves at all times. Housekeeping was also wonderful. The gym and pool area were clean. Overall the hotel is very clean. There is a security guard at night time roaming the hotel lobby and parking area. We had a great experience and will be back at this hotel next time in Miami.

This place was awesome. The staff, the service, the central location. I never had a chance to explore the pool or the gym but Im sure those would have met my needs as well. I also truly appreciated the check out process. Everything via email was great. It would also be an added preference to have notifications about the checkout on the phone. Perhaps I just did not have access to this since but this made checking out extremely quick and COVID safe

In Miami working downtown. Didn't to do much while in town, but the Hyatt breakfast got me going everyday with a fresh start to my day. Clean room big walk in shower made it nice to shower. Location close to airport and car rental location. Had a good visit looking forward to returning.

it was very comfortable, breakfast option was excellent, the only thing I would complain about is that the parking per night is $20, I believe this is a bit too much. They way I see it, the parking costs pays\ for the breakfast if you are using your own vehicle.

Discovered we had a very dirty carpet in our room. Spilled some water on the floor and the towel came away greenish brown. Half way through our 4 night stay they had a broken pool filter which was not fixed during our stay. The pool was a factor in staying there. Additionally, the kitchen grill stopped working thus limiting the available food from the menu. The complimentary breakfast was also no good without a grill.
