From the minute we came here we were already minute to long here, but no available hotels made us have to suck it up. 1- When we checked in, no one at front desk...was out to lunch and no sign left behind. 2- No maid service 3- If you need anything you must go to front desk to request new...

I have never stayed in a hotel where I have felt this unsafe (and that is saying something for someone who has been to 25+ countries- most of which are 3rd world). In spite of poor reviews, we chose this hotel because the website promised that cribs were available, and we just needed a one night stop before flying out...

I arrived late on the 28th of sept, from the outside I wasn't really impressed, needed a paint job, bit of a spruce. Went into the lobby and a friendly young man checked us in, gave us the room behind the lobby. The room, dated a lick of paint and a flex new fixtures could really make it better. The...

Mercy at the front desk was extremely helpful and such a nice person. She helped us navigate around the states much more than she had too. The rooms were decent and I think you got a good deal for the price, but the service is what blew me away. Thank you for the wonderful experience Mercy!

Not for spoiled or hard to satisfy people, specially complainers !!! OK that Hotel saw better days, almost everything is old but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. For a shopping trip to the big city just right. After 12 hours on your feet all you need is a bed and a shower. This is not a vacation hotel...

Location close to the airport, but quite far from the place I needed. There was no coffee maker in the room; noticeable amount of sand/small particles on the floor; no shampoo provided; mattress must have been very old and had concave surface-a lot of huge heavy visitors must have slept on it; towels were not changed during stay; no paper...

We booked this motel as it was near the airport, and we had a long flight from Madrid to Miami and needed to rest before setting off on our Florida holiday. It was DIRE. The room was shabby, scruffy, the beds terrible. The "wardrobe" was a pole in a recess, but there were no hangers. Cables looped from one place...

“Don"t stay here under any circumstances. This is the motel from hell. The bathroom sink is dirty with hairs in it. The shower has a black, crusty mold like substance where you put the round dime size cheap and pasty soap that they give you in the room. The water pressure is a little above a drip and it will take you forever to wash your face in their dirty, hair filled sink. The shower is worse. The room also had no remote for the television and I had to continuously get up and manually change the channels and adjust the volume. The room is cold at night and there is no ac if it is warm. It"s just a hell cell and the place should be condemned. The beds are mushy and horrible and the covers looks like bedbugs might dwell there. There is no phone in the room whatsoever as in other normal hotels. The room is tiny to where you cannot fully open the door because the bed is in the way. The drawers are missing the knobs and just cannot open. Please stay away from this place because the management clearly does not care about the conditions. I read other people's reviews and decided to give them a chance only to find out firsthand that all the negative comments are absolutely true. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hellhole, it's not suitable to shelter a dog much less humans. There are also cars continuously coming in and out of their parking lot and beeping the horn all times of the night along with a packet or two of a condom on the ground. I do not believe they have maids and the so called front desk staff is indifferent towards guests.”
