I've stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels in the US and Europe. Although the staff at this hotwl were polite and helpful, the hotel itself was like a trip back to the 1990s. Dated and tired furniture, worn carpets and ancient bathroom fixtures. I really could not wait to pack and get to Miami International Airport early just to vacate this rather dreary overnight stay at this hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
Staff in all areas were very professional and customer service focused. Particularly liked the bar at the top of the restaurant, for the ambience and the views. Had a car and found the location most convenient. While a pool and airport shuttle were available, these was not utilised. A hire car office was on-site which would have been convenient but was not accessed by us. The ground floor Cafe had nice coffee and snacks and meals. The rooms were clean and nicely sized.

I have called the hotel twice and received differing responses about airport shuttle - we are arriving very late - around 12:30 am landing. No idea if the shuttle is available at that time or not?? Thanks

Trust me when I say you don’t want to stay here. I booked through a third party site. The pictures were nice and it had a restaurant and airport shuttle. We were there early as we had gotten off a cruise. Our options were to sit on the lobby on uncomfortable chairs or pay the early check in fee, which we did. Hotel is old and very basic. No fluffy chairs or couches in the lobby here. Restaurant is not available all day. It is open limited hours for breakfast and for supper with a limited menu. . They have a small “cafe” in lobby with very limited selection of salads, sandwiches available for lunch. The phones were down throughout the property when we were there. There is a language barrier as most staff speak Spanish only. Several channels on the tv were not working/available. The shower drained very slowly and the faucet pulled out from the wall. Location is sketchy but near the airport. Only perk in my estimation was the airport shuttle. Hotel needs serious updating and maintenance. My experience was in building 2. You might want to spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. …

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food was nothing short of horrible, and to make matters worse, they served frozen vegetables despite indicating otherwise on the menu. It took an excruciatingly long hour to receive our food, testing our patience. The server's attitude and overall customer service were equally awful, leaving us with a thoroughly unsatisfactory dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my visit.

Hotel was a quick and easy shuttle from the airport. Had 3 rooms for a family of 9 pre cruise. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was 5 star great service they work very hard to make sure you are taken care of and have everything. The front desk staff I can’t say enough they helped us with everything we needed. They booked our shuttle service to the cruise port for us as well. The breakfast was always very good lots to chose from you can have buffet or you can chose a meal from the menu. We will be using this hotel on future cruises.

Stayed here for the sole purpose of the transfers to the port. Restaurant food was good, but fairly limited menu. Breakfast buffet choices limited as well. Room was comfortable and clean. Arranged for late checkout of 1 pm and signed up for port transfer at same time. When we went down to check out, instead of the $12 each port transfer we had signed up for and chosen this hotel over, the front desk had a taxi waiting for us. Taxi was $75 plus tip, and would only take cash. Needless to say, I was a little upset. I thought maybe the hotel was charging us for the stated transfer price, and then they would pay for the taxi, but no, it was all on me. I could have done an Uber for half that amount, and used a credit card. This is the first year I am an IHG Platinum. I have been Spire since it came out. We p arrived early. Did not ask for early check in. They said room was ready but would cost us $35.00. I told them we were tired from travel. Room is ready why charge us extra. I told my husband that is crazy. We were tired so decided to go ahead and pay the $35.00. Then they w anted $45.00. We had just come from Dallas and were not charged extra for being a few hours early (another holiday inn). We got Into room 204. Getting off elevation. That second Floor smelled moldy. We mentioned it to them still being rude think they knew of the odor. We did not want to move luggage again. We should of moved. Room stunk. Was dirty. Toilet seat was wrong size. Manager was very rude so were desk clerks. Except one girl long blond hair. Deli guy was mean. Driver was grouchy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS hotel used to be the only hotel we stayed at in Miami. Not any more. We had a reservation for feb 20 2023. Cancelled it.…

Nice property near the airport. Shuttle service every 30 minutes is great. Great bartender and food upstairs on the 9th floor. Hotel a bit tired, and Bed rooms are nothing special, though the beds where very comfortable, my wife and I had a great nights sleep. In the morning it was a plea sent surprise the shower head and shower was perfect. Good speed on intervener. Great hotel for layover or a night going to the airport.
