Staff was wonderful, particularly Azucena (server) who is an absolute delight to deal with early in the morning. Also Jason and Phoebe were extremely helpful when I needed assistance on several occasions; thanks! Grounds are very good, parking is actively patrolled and lounge is nice, although a tad pricey. All-in-all, I was placed here by my company for over a month and had no problems at all. Would stay here again.

From check-in (19 June) till check-out (the next morning), everything on our short overnight stay was great. In particular Jason (and his female partner - sorry, I didn’t get her name - Nicole?) were great. Jason checked it’s in and showed us how to navigate the WiFi. We checked out the Fitness Center and had our boarding documents printed out for our cruise, all without issue. I must add too, the restaurant staff (Pilot House) was super friendly and even encouraged us to check out the airport runway lounge outside. My short stay was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bath room were clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport then this is a recommendation

Very friendly and helpful front desk check in team. The Pilot House restaurant served very nice appetizers and we recommend the garlic shrimp and BBQ chicken wings. Service was polite and timely while allowing us to enjoy conversation. The room was clean and comfortable and we liked the laminate flooring. Tip is to use the “inside air” feature to de-humidify the room as it can be quite humid in Miami. We loved the nice rainwater shower head as well.

Located very close to airport, staff was friendly and professional, pilot house restaurant was great, food, drinks and view, shuttle was great also to get to airport. I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

The service is not the best. Stayed just overnight to catch a early flight. The vibe is weird. I had absolutely no wash clothes in my room. I made request prior while booking and absolutely non of them were honored. It was simple stuff like an extra blanket in the room. The cleanliness of the room was just ok, the carpet is stained, and I had to clean the shower again due to hair on the tub. The airport is only 5 min away. I would not stay again there are other options. I was treated like this as a diamond member of Wyndham by the way.

Hello Bridgett, thank you for staying with us and sharing your comments. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience this way we can address any issue with our team. None of our rooms have carpets but a small patch under the beds or under the sofa in the case of our suites. Our standard is to have three washcloths in our King rooms and four in our Doubles. We apologize if that was not the case but rest assure we strive to provide the best service possible and our attention to detail is one of our first priorities.

Perfect roof top restaurant! Great service from especially Azucena👌🏻. Super place to hang out before your flight. We had a lovely dinner to reasonable cost and a great relax time before our flight. Just a great experience when we waited to go home.

The best part, without a doubt, was the super friendly staff behind the breakfast bar. We met Azucena, who is from Nicaragua, and enjoyed her coffee and morning cheerfulness. Miami can be a difficult experience, but with friendly and helpful people like Azucena to help start your day,, it was a pleasure!!

The hotel has excellent staff, very good restaurant on 6th floor, very nice rooms. Near the airport. Price was excellent. I would advise anyone to stay at this hotel. The transportation from and to the airport is regular. Not far from malls.
