I had several issues with this place: 1. You have no fridge in a room. 2. My room was cleaned only ONCe for 5 days, and second time I had to ask for cleaning services twice. Moreover, they came up to clean my room on check out day at 8 (!!!) am!!! Ridiculous! 3. You have to pay for beach chairs at the beach.... even you belong to this hotel. 4. Any dining includes 18% of gratuity automatically . Sadly...why ? 5. Gym is not 24?7!!! it closes at 6pm on weekends and 8pm on week days. I thought it should be 24/7 access as I had in other places . Very disappointed 6. Their so called " security system" is very disrespectful. To get to the pool you need to pass at least 3 security employees in a uniform, asking to present room key. You have no idea how many times I felt that Im under supervision, control and being monitored!!! Overall, not worth your top dollar, you can get better deals in Miami Beach for less. definitely won't stay second time.…
Kobi was amazing. She had a great personality and even better service. She was attentive, quick to return, and made sure I had everything I needed. I was able to relax on the beach and not feel constantly pressured, but felt adequately checked on as well. Kobi is great!
Kobi was very attentive and polite!! The beach was very busy but she made sure that we were taken care of. I definitely would recommend asking for her if you spend some time at the Fontainebleau beach!
This is out fourth time staying at this property and second time renting a condo unit allowing us to cook some of our own meals but still enjoying all the amenities of the hotel property . This is our favorite property in Miami Beach with great resturants , bars , gym , spa , and service. A special call out to Rory and Karelley on the beach. They went beyond great service everyday.
Ok convention type hotel. Restaurants were average and lacked fine dining. Pool and beach were good. Ozzy at the pool was great!!! Not only took good care of us the first day but remembered us by name every day the rest of our visit. This kind of attention will bring back visitors.
Came to visit fountainblue for a week, my first impression was good but once I went down to the pool and saw the amount of People That was in the Pool I thought I wasn’t going to get a chair anywhere. Jose welcomed me with a smile and provided a luxurious hospitality service. The chairs set up was unique compared to the rest of the hotel. He made me feel like I was a VIP. I highly recommend fountainblue.
Lovely beach and pool area. Can be very busy. Ozzy at the pool area very helpful in finding chairs and umbrellas. Strip Steak restaurant did not live up to expectations. However we did enjoy Scarpettas.
I rate this property a big fat 0 Puke in an elevator is just incomprehensible and no one picking up to answer call to get someone to clean it up is unacceptable. Could not wait to leave this property, don’t go unless you enjoy a frat house environment.
Beautiful hotel on the beach. Lots of pools, but extremely crowded. Had to go down to the beach to find a lounger. Not A terrible thing however. Shower had no pressure at all. Waited 30 minutes to check in with only six people in front of me. If this where a four-star hotel I would give it a four. Staff was not overly helpful.
Took a short weekend trip from New Jersey stayed at the Fountainebleu the place was amazing rite on the beach the pool and restaurants were top notch the pool service was absolutely amazing my server Shantel was very helpful and courteous the service was phenomenal will definetely be returning for another vacation
