I truly cannot say enough great things about this hotel. In general, it is clean, smells amazing, right on the beach, has two pools, comes with 2 towels and 2 beach chairs every day (4 if you're in a bigger room), outdoor/indoor bar, bar food and walkable to a bunch of restaurants. More importantly, the staff is INCREDIBLE. I have truly never experienced service like I did at Royal Palm. Our breakfast waiters - Pedro most days, Edwin the last day - were so upbeat and kind it literally started our mornings off on such a good note. The bartender Macy was such a friendly face, I am blanking on other names but everyone from the waiter at the pool to the valet to the Marriott Bonvoy staff - THE ABSOLUTE NICEST and most attentive people. geannis ferrer was a great host! Royal Palms has great cabana and beach front area. Every employee was fantastic. The Beach is in a great area and the scenery was fantastic. This is easily the best place on south beach
